La ubicación frente a la playa

Cons:

Problemas con el aire acondicionado en la habitación no resueltos después de varios reclamos. WiFi muy lento. Imposible abrir archivos o ver videos.

Beautiful location, amazing staff, and a truly relaxing atmosphere
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect. We also loved the massages, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

The food could be improved, especially considering the standard of the hotel. Also, the open-plan bathroom offers very little privacy, which may not be comfortable for everyone

Repetiremos seguro
Pros:

Es un gusto que haya poca gente y no esté tan masificado. El personal un 10, muy buena cocina, tanto desayunos como la carta y todo limpio. Repetiremos seguro.

Cons:

Por ponerle una pega, que no haya gimnasio en condiciones (han hecho un apaño ahora) y que las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas relación calidad-precio.

Uma enorme desilusão.

A terapeuta do SPA, Sandra, é incrível.

Cons:

Várias coisas. Primeiro é caríssimo para o que se paga. Vende-se como hotel de luxo, não vi o luxo em rigorosamente nada!
Os quartos são minúsculos. O WC fica num corredor. Em que de um lado está o lavatório ( dentro de um armário) e do outro o duche e a sanita. Tudo muito pequeno. A saída do banho é a descer. O hotel está velho e descuidado nos quartos. É uma discrepância enorme entre o que se paga e o serviço que dão.
Os quartos estão todos uns em cima dos outros, pelo que de manhã o barulho das portas a bater é uma constante. Para além do ruído das senhoras que limpam,que começam desde cedo. A abrir e a fechar portas.
O pequeno almoço é razoável. Pouquíssima oferta. Tudo neste hotel é pouco.
O serviço dos funcionários é médio/ baixo, demoram imenso a servir, no geral( salvo 3/4 excepções) são bastante antipáticos e sem experiência. No primeiro dia ofereceram o café e não voltaram à mesa mais para fazer o pedido. A carta de comidas também é reduzida..
Não tem ginásio. Tem uma mini sala com pesos.
Com toda a certeza que não voltarei a este hotel. E não recomendo a ninguém. Em Formentera existem opções bastante melhores sem pagar o valor que este hotel pede.

Understated luxury. Perfect location with direct beach access to the most beautiful sand and sea , great food and frien
Pros:

The location on the beach was perfect. Very clean relaxed and quiet. Great food and great breakfast with cold buffet and hot menu to order. Restaurant onshore was idyllic.
