Cons:

There was a construction site setup right in front of the entrance. We were "escorted" from and to the entrance by the workers to shield us from the construction debris. Construction noise could be heard loudly inside our room during day time. Karaoke sound from somewhere across the street or neighboring establishments could be heard loudly inside our room during night time.

Lots of rules regarding "you break it you pay for it" (e.g., break a bowl, pay 50k VND).

The whole 10 floors were literally empty with no bookings and Booking.com still indicated that our room was the last one for the week. Extremely bad experience overall.
