Student dorm for short and economic stay
Pros:

Good for a short stay and just to spend the night, close to the city center, daily cleaning service, it’s in the middle of a student campus and we stayed there during public holidays so it was very calm. Don’t expect too much from the price you pay.

Cons:

Windows go to the corridor, bugs on the floor and on the bed, bathroom in bad condition, no hairdryer. It’s not so easy to find as all signs in the campus are in Vietnamese.

came here for 3 days before going to Phi Quoc. this property is for someone who wants to see HCM in a different way from
Pros:

it was different as it was in a residential area in district 1. it is also part of a business school. lots of really authentic Vietnamese restaurants nearby but in a quiet area

Cons:

a bit away from the action but only a £1 in a grab/joket Moro
