Air conditioner not working ,the room is so hot with no windows in Vietnam weather, can't sleep, and very noisy from staff working and walking on corridor, poor reception staff, unprofessional, did not tell me about extra charge of $30000 per hour if check in before 12pm, only tell me and insist to charge me extra after I checked in

We arrived at the hotel to check in and the receptionist said they did not have any booking information from booking.com about our booking. So we had to wait for them to check this and that….luckily they got rooms for us at last.
Location was ok for my travel purpose but far from city center.
Bedsheets were not clean and not changed every day. The wardrobe was damaged and the floor in the bathroom not clean neither (found a bandage on the floor).
