Does not worthy for money and your nerves. Nothing went well.

Nothing went well. I booked and paid for a Deluxe Queen Room but was given a completely different room. Does not worthy for money and your nerves.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the hotel staff was trying to trick me in the middle of the night. The administrator changed the price and give me different room.

Pros:

There was nothing to like. Maybe the lift if I had to say anything

Cons:

Everything, noisy, room was not serviced and when asked they did a badddd job, bathroom had excessive mould, bed was rock hard, AC was not cold, staff did not speak any English at all and used a translator app. Breakfast was weird as. Do not recommend

A great stay, a good place to choose if you’re spending more than a few days in Ho Chi Minh
Pros:

Overall, I really liked my stay here. There’s a some great restaurants within walking distance and lots of coffee shops. The property itself is nice, rooms are cleaned if you ask for it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I stayed for 18 nights and had a great stay.

Cons:

About 2km from the ‘tourist’ centre but you have everything everywhere in Ho Chi MInh so I was happy with everything. If you’re only in Ho Chi Minh for a short time, you may want to be closer to the centre of district one but you can get everywhere cheaply via Grab. Not much bad to say about this place.

hotel met our expectation, quite cheap and located close to city center.
Pros:

very convenient location. city center in walking distance
cheap and room is quite clean.
room has fan and air condition so there were no issue with the hot.
Breakfast was included into room price.

Cons:

Old, bathroom facilities desperately need improvement. Breakfast was limited. Good but eggs and bread seemed to disappear off the menu and the soup, they ran out of noodles.
