The shower was good. The bed was comfy.
The bathroom door did not close which was inconvenient. No real greeting/check in from staff and no staff around to ask any questions. The air con was set to 17 degrees and unable to turn up or down or off, this was okay for us but would be uncomfortable if you did not like room cold. The room was very small and had no window. The entire room was tiled and a lot of them were peeling or chipped. The bathroom was dirty, the mirror had not been wiped or the soap dish. Overall this place had a very odd vibe.
Very dirty room. Our room was full of dust that triggered strong allergies. Even after asking the staff to solve it, they were not able to get the room properly clean. There were also more than 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. I would never recommend this place.
Small quiet room, with a kitchen, washing machine and dryer.
There is a nail salon on the base level, and one room on every floor. The rooms have one small window in the bathroom, ac and a fan. I loved my stay there, definitely would recommend.
If you are looking for a hostel, this would be at least a 9.
Price is reasonable, quiet room. Staff are friendly. Room is slightly smaller but it's ok. Location is great. No lift only stairs but I don't stay too high so it's fine. Overall still pretty comfortable. Nice decor.
So far nothing
Felt sorry for the staff member who was just relaying messages from I’m guessing his manager?
- We arrived at the other branch and the staff tried to put us in a disgusting room we hadn’t paid for, which looked vile and nothing like the rooms on the listing. After refusing we eventually went to the other location.
- When we got to the correct location the room wasn’t clean, it had a toe nail on the desk, stains on the sheets. The design was okay but it just felt grubby. The reception area shown in the listing photos is actually a nail salon, again nothing like the listing photos.
- The location is down an alley which stunk of piss and was surrounded by a wet meat and fish market which was so off putting.
Overall unsurprisingly we left a day early having not being able to stand more than 24hours in that place.
The room was clean and bed was comfortable
We had check in at 2pm and arrived at 7pm and when we arrived the room wasn't cleaned so we had to wait, we went out to eat and when we came back there were different people at the reception and they didn't know about our booking, when we worked that out the AC in our room didn't work, we had no shower gel and a really weird shower
Good value for money. Yes, you will walk through a nail studio when entering and some rooms might not have windows, but you will have a quiet night therefore.
Strong AC & Hot Shower.
All good. .
The bed at Meow Hotel & Cafe was a reasonable size, with a comfortable mattress and a decent duvet. Having hot water readily available was a plus.
The name and images for Meow Hotel & Cafe were highly misleading. Instead of the advertised cat theme and cafe, I encountered a nail salon upon arrival. The room wasn't ready at check-in (2:00 PM), causing a 25-minute wait. Cleaning staff were unprofessional (loud swearing, joking about locking someone in the room). The room lacked proper ventilation, and the bathroom had a major safety hazard: the shower was directly next to an exposed power socket. No cafe, and questionable legitimacy (no visible hotel license). Checkout was also inconvenient with no staff at the reception (nail salon). The price (405,000 VND) felt overpriced given the misleading advertising, safety concerns, and numerous other issues. This was a disappointing and potentially dangerous stay.
cheap, good location, kind people. washing machine
there were fish heads and other foods left in my fridge. small room with no window. suitable for short stays
Location is the only thing I liked.
The guy who works there keeps his scooter on the front door so that you can't even fit to go in/out. Super annoying. The room was very small. No window even. The bathroom door was broken and stuck. Dirty bedsheets but I think they also accidently put me to wrong room, they said 5 but ment 6 and there was nobody to excort me in to the room. There was no staff. I had to carry my super heavy bags from 5 th floor alone. Very steep stairs. And since there was nobody there I decided to change the bedsheets also by myself. I found some when I checked all the cabinets. A guy was sleeping on the floor when I left. Never again.
Quiet room, Quite dark but perfect for a good long sleep :D
The bathroom was nice and I was also always greeted friendly when entering the hotel.
There were some hairs in corners but overall it was very clean, nothing to complain about for me personally.
