Einfach perfekt!

Unser Aufenthalt im Aircraft Hotel Neuhausen/Tuttlingen war rundum gelungen.

Die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und hat perfekt funktioniert. Obwohl kein Service vor Ort war, war jederzeit jemand telefonisch erreichbar.. super organisiert!

Sehr saubere, stilvolle Zimmer und ein besonderes Ambiente. Klare Empfehlung! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rapport qualité/prix correct

Cons:

Chambre quadruple avec mezzanine (dangereux avec enfant) et si nous laissons la trappe ouverte le passage est entravé. Un seul mini gel douche pour 3 personnes. Zone assez reculée (genre de zone industrielle) avec très peu de commerces. Pas de personne dans l’hôtel. Self Checkin facile mais pour le Check out le boîtier ne fonctionnait pas

Als Eventlocation möglicherweise ganz nett, für uns als Familie eher mittelmäßig.
Pros:

Cooler Empfangshalle mit schwebendem Helikopter.
Saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Zimmerausstattung war entgegen der Beschreibung nicht mit zwei Doppelbetten sondern mit vier Einzelbetten. Zwei Schlafgelegenheiten waren lediglich zwei Matratzen auf dem Boden.
Zimmer sehr warm und stickig. Selbst bei geöffnetem Fenster kam sehr wenig Luft auf der Empore mit den zwei zusätzlichen Schlafgelegenheiten an.
Bettdecken viel zu warm.
Frühstück wurde aufgrund der Feiertage nicht angeboten was leider zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung für uns nicht ersichtlich war.
Fragen als Nachricht über das Portal blieben gänzlich unbeantwortet.

Absolut empfehlenswert – alles war top, von der Sauberkeit bis zum Service.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ideal und das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird.
Das Mittagessen im Casino ist hervorragend - Preis Leistung unschlagbar!
Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Zimmer eiskalt, durch die Lage am Rand eines Gewerbegebiets kein Restaurant weit und breit, somit werde ich in Zukunft a

Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft eiskalt und da es eine Fußbodenheizung gab, war dies am nächsten Morgen auch nicht viel besser !

Vom Personal wurde mir berichtet dass dies der erste Tag nach dem Winter Urlaub war und es leider noch etwas kalt war, allerdings habe ich den vollen Preis für ein warmes Zimmer bezahlt, nun ja, ich werde diese Hotel in Zukunft meiden.

Great stay.
Pros:

Great deco. The aircraft theme is amazing.
We had an amazing service during the morning breakfast. The girl who served us the breakfast did a great job. Very professional.

Cons:

A bit isolated location but I preferred it like that.
I returned to the room to find it not cleaned by the staff. No biggie, but can make others upset.
There was a lady who walked with heels very early morning which was heard through the walls. Not fun if you need to wake up early.
