Ocean View -not likely
Pros:

Very disappointing stay -we were celebrating our anniversary and decided to stay at what we thought was a lovely hotel. We were given a room that the staff uses when they need a place to stay. There were big brown stains on the ceiling, the carpet was filthy !The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and came on whenever the bathroom light was on. We were informed that ocean view rooms were not available for Expedia clients, even though we had requested this. People at the front desk told us they were not allowed to move us because we booked with Hotels.com which is now owned by Expedia. The restaurant was very expensive and we had to find alternative places to eat and enjoy entertainment. Lots of people were staying with bus tours and many were complaining about the rooms being very cold and uncomfortable. A very disappointing way to start our Visit to beautiful NFLD

Pros:

Nice location along the waterfront. We had good dinner and breakfast at the second floor restaurant. We were just staying overnight, but there didn't seem like much to do in the town, but we were offseason. Room was good, bed comfortable.
