Pros:

Ystävällinen palvelu, siisti hotelli. Rauhallista. Aamiainen ja iltaruoat monipuoliset ja hyvät.

Cons:

Alakerran Spar-kaupan henkilökunta oli töykeitä, asiakaspalvelu ala-arvoista siellä.
Wellness-osaston käyttöoikeus jäi hyvin epäselväksi, samoin rannekkeen käyttö.

Cons:

La propreté et l hygiène au Spa.
Il n y a aucun contrôle du personnel au spa. L acces est libre et j ai vu des clients enlever leurs chaussures de ville et baskets au pied des bassins du spa et se changer sur les lits en ceramique devant le sauna. Aucun respect des regles d hygiène !

Rien n est formulé en français et personne ne le parle dans l hôtel, seulement allemand et anglais.
Même le formulaire d évaluation dans la chambre est en allemand et anglais.

Séjour agréable malgré un temps mitigé
Pros:

La taille de notre suite et l’emplacement.
Le sol de notre suite mériterait malgré tout d‘une rénovation. À ce prix on s’attend à un espace impeccable.

Superbe séjour, merci à tout le personnel
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour balnéaire dans cet hôtel. Le cadre est idéal pour se détendre et profiter pleinement des vacances. Le buffet est vraiment remarquable : très varié, généreux et de grande qualité, avec des plats pour tous les goûts à chaque repas. La salle de sport sur la terrasse est très très bien équipée.

L’établissement est d’une propreté irréprochable, aussi bien dans les chambres que dans les espaces communs, ce qui est très appréciable. Le personnel est également un vrai point fort : toujours souriant, accueillant et disponible.

En résumé, une très belle expérience que je recommande sans hésitation. J’ai déjà réservé mon prochain séjour pour le mois d’avril et je me réjouis d’y retourner !

Llevamos viniendo muchos años,antes de la reforma cuando era apartahotel y nos gustaba por la situación, después de la reforma el hotel está genial ,buenas habitaciones y comida variada y luego al ser solo para adultos es muy tranquilo

Pros:

Perfect location, very friendly and polite staff, extremely clean. Food was amazing. From continental to local dishes, all cooked to perfection. All 3 pools very clean and the beach bar was the cherry on the top. Many Thanks for everything.
