Pros:

Ett bra hotell med centralt läge och nära stranden. Trevlig personal och god buffémat. Kunde kanske vara lite mer varierad om man stannar många veckor. Jag hade havsutsikt. Bra med liten affär i byggnaden. Nära till busshållplats. Underhållning finns på kvällarna om man önskar. Pooler, jacuzzi och spa. Takbar och soldäck med utsikt.

Cons:

Främst att balkongerna saknar privatsfär. Bara låga tunna glasskivor emellan. Man ser grannarna och hör tydligt när de talar. Några småsaker: Gardinen i rummet var solkig. Ofräscht. Madrassen i sängen åker lätt åt sidan. Luktar ofta cigarettrök i korridoren och ibland på balkongen. Avgift för kassaskåpet. Snålt. Vatten kostar till middagen vid halvpension.

Soliidne, hea asukoht ja gurmee õhtusöögid.
Pros:

Suurepärane asukoht ja sõbralik personal. Väga meeldiv üllatus oli õhtusöök, kus igal õhtul pakuti erinevate maade maitseid rikkalikus buffee lauas. Lisaks veel temaatiline elav muusika mõnel päeval. Hommikukohvi meeldis õues juua. Soliidne:)

Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the beach, cafes and shops, bus stops are near the hotel to and from the airport and to visit other areas. The wellness centre is free to use anytime you wish and the selection of foods was amazing

We didnt like the room we got nr 231 and there is no wiew or sun on the balcony so we asked for another one. We got another room b3 and that was excelent

Some issues over food but otherwise great staff and rooms.
Pros:

8th floor much have larger rooms, fantastic views, very comfy bed; and we had a in-room jacuzzi. On the whole the staff were excellent; always willing to help. We enjoyed the place. I will point out the bad too but that's to be balanced by; on the whole we really enjoyed our short stay here and we would definitely look at this hotel again. Also the criticism's made here about food are typical of winter breaks in Playa del Ingles, no matter what hotel you use.

Cons:

The bars had a very limited option on drinks both beers and wine. The choice also seemed to me to have been made on input costs. What was really poor though was the dinning and I'm sorry to say that. but it was well below what you might expect in every way. Breakfast was cold - we had been warned - which tells me they fully understand its an issue but clearly do nothing about it. They have the option to use plate warmers but they do not, so its cold - period. Dinner is almost as bad but after a couple of days we noticed people waiting for a tray replacement then diving in.

Recommendation to the hotel. Have a manager sit in at dinner to watch the staff its easy to pick out the good from the odd scowling bad; have the entertainments manager watch a show or two, magicians night would have gone much better if someone had turned on the stage lights and mic'd up the magicians.

Location isn't the best in winter especially when night time options are more limited. It sits next to a derelict shopping centre (Kasbah), bar a few restaurants with varying degrees of customer care (the waiters in all of them have the knack of not seeing you). the other two are Yumbo where there are lots of gay bars but regardless of that attractions are many restaurants (some really very good), bars supermarket0s etc and this is also the most attended by a long way. They also typically have some for the kids The third is Cita which is more of a daytime visit as evenings are very German (I'm not knocking anyone here that's not who I am) its just if you like to chat to others language makes it far more difficult.

Best restaurant at Yumbo Rias Bajas - you should book but turning up say at 5:30 during the week should get you in, bit expensive but not over the top and the service and food is Michelin star quality.
