- die Lage war top
- das Personal an der Reception und Servicepersonal waren super freundlich
- sehr hilfsbereit
- Essen sehr fein, jeden Tag ein anderes Länderspezifischen Essen

Cons:

- die sanitäre Anlagen und das ganze Gebäude war in einem renovierungsbedürfnissen Zustand
- obwohl allinclusive, mussten Getränke ab 23:00 Uhr separat bezahlen
- Lunchpaket ist eines 4Sterne Hotel nicht würdig
- beim Spa war die Hälfte der Anlagen wegen defekts ausser Betrieb

Great hotel with lovely rooms
Pros:

The rooms are well designed and comfortable. Stayed fully inclusive and the food was always fresh. Easy to walk to the Yumbo centre from there and the beach.

Cons:

There could have been a littel more imagination used for some of the themed nights.

Agréable et ressourçant
Pros:

Bel hôtel, bien situé. Personnel sympa, nourriture au top et variée avec soirée à thème. Chambre très bien et confortable.

Vacaciones casi perfectas

La ubicación del hotel es ideal. Tienes una parada de guagua al lado, lo que te permite moverte sin necesidad de alquilar un coche, opción que yo no quería.

La playa es enorme, con sus tumbonas y sombrillas (previo pago). He leído en otros comentarios sobre el problema de las escaleras para acceder a la playa, pero en el paseo, a pocos metros del hotel, hay un ascensor que, aunque no te deja en la misma playa, facilita mucho el acceso.

Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien y muy limpias. Las camas, en mi caso, muy cómodas. El personal del hotel, maravilloso, muy amable y atento. La comida muy buena con mucha variedad lo mismo en el desayuno que en la cena.

Cons:

En la parte negativa, para empezar, diría que el horario de la cena termina a las 21:00.

Ahora me toca hablar de la habitación. No me gustó nada porque daba directamente a la terraza de la piscina, con lo cual, privacidad, nada. Tampoco puedes tener la puerta abierta. Tuvimos otro problemilla con algún bichito, pero he de decir que hicieron todo lo posible por solucionarlo. Al día siguiente, como cortesía del hotel, nos dejaron una botella de vino (en ningún hotel de los que yo haya estado me dieron nunca nada cuando hice una reclamación por la habitación).

El horario de la piscina termina demasiado pronto, a las 18:00 horas. El jacuzzi ni lo pisé, no había sombrillas y había demasiada gente.
La animación lo siento decirlo así no es lo mejor del hotel es más diría que lo peor, con todo mi respeto a los que hacen su espectáculo, es soso y aburrido

One of the best hotels I have ever been.
Pros:

Great location. The friendliest staff tha I have ever been in a hotel. Great variety and quality of food. Separate nudist area at the rooftop with ocean view.

Cons:

The main lifts are a bit slow. Iced coffee was not included in the All Inclusive booking. There are two single beds instead of a double one.

Vista panoramica sull'oceano.Stanza molto spaziosa e luminosa e vicinanza al mare.
Personale sempre gentile e professionale. "Albergo molto bello e pulito, posizione ottima. Cucina sia a colazione ,pranzo or cena superlativa e con menu molto vari. Questo è il nostro secondo soggiorno in questo hotel.Ci torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo"

La.limpieza, ubicación

Cons:

El buffet con poca variedad de comida, los camareros no retirarnos los platos y hayvq estar encima de ellos para que los quiten. Las almohadas de las habitaciones poco cómodas, deberían ser viscoelasticas
