You get what you pay for
Pros:

Wifi was working good and the terrace is nice. Reasonable price. Rooms on the corner sides of the 2 floors are bigger and nicer, still quite basic. I got a small one wich for one person was still ok. Central position near the beach, bars and restaurants

Cons:

I guess you get what you pay for...no hot water during my whole stay and not water at all during some time of the day. The property could have a much better rate with just a few adjustments, the issue of the water I think it is important being on a sea side place. The price for Puerto Escondido is reasonable, but obviously you need to be aware of some of the issues. Something to consider is also that the house is on the top of a hilly road, not a problem for me as I like walking, but with the heat at some times of the day can be challenging.

It's fine. Nothing special. Cheap, decent room. Can be a bit loud with street noise, but that's Mexico.

Die Lange und die Ortschaft ist sehr schön

Cons:

Wir hatte das erste Zimmer im dritten Stock mit Meerblick, der Meerblick lohnt sich überhaupt nicht, von unserem Zimmer war dieser kaum zu sehen.
Das Apartment war schmutzig,Haare in der Dusche und Abfluss,Flecken auf dem Toiletten deckel 2 x Karkerlaken Im Zimmer. Die Verdunkelungsgardinen waren komplett durchlöchert. Die Küchenutensilien waren schmutzig,alt und kaum zu gebrauchen. Kühlschrank sehr Schmutzig. Wir haben dies gemeldet und erst nach 2 Tagen eine Antwort bekommen mit einer Entschuldigung und die Möglichkeit einen Tag auf Kosten des Hauses zu verlängern. Da wir unser Tour geplant hatten war das Angebot nicht besonders verlockend.

Pros:

Lo único bueno es la ubicación

Cons:

Las fotos son engañosas, para nada se ve así, todo el lugar está deteriorado, hay hormigas en la cocina, no hay agua caliente, las habitaciones son pequeñísimas y todas iguales, no importa cuál rentes. El ruido de la calle es tremendo, debido a que la ventana da directo a la calle por lo que no tienes nada de privacidad, los cuartos son super oscuros. En la parte superior pusieron un negocio de masajes por lo que ya no puedes usar esa área común y también significa que personas ajenas al alojamiento entran y salen, por lo tanto no es seguro.
