Enjoyed my time there.
Pros:

Family run business. Wonderful hosts.
There over ester had great fun taking around the pool with Mexican families on holiday. The cheapest place we stayed but the most enjoyable. You get what you pay for!!! If you are a person who is for ever taking photos of yourself, this is not the place for you!

A cheap motel experience
Pros:

Great location very affordable.

Cons:

The room smelt like wet dog.
The pool the first day was so dirty we could not swim in it. The 2nd day they cleaned it but my feet felt slimy after dipping my feet in.
There was a plunger in the tree outside our room.
The fridge was smelly and not turned on, we did not feel comfortable using it.

Pros:

Terrible experience. Nobody at reception in checkin hours. I had to wait almost one hour. The fame of this hotel is far from over. They have sticker on the doors that they accept credit cards to pay for room but then you have to pay 50pesos fee. Room with dirty walls,dirty shower. Everything old and room with smell of the old building. Not good.

Booked on price for one night short stay walk to ADO terminal was easy
Pros:

Location walking distance to night markets and great restaurant and bar Flor de Maria around the corner

The hotel is okay, nothing special
Good position tho, close to the two main beaches
Staff is very very friendly and nice
The atmosphere is nice

Cons:

The room are not very beautiful and ours didn’t have a/c, that really made our staying very difficult, everything was just too hot, the water in the shower, the water in the pool and the outside shower too. Was basically impossible to take a shower and not sweat 1 min later

Short stay by Puerto Escondido
Pros:

The rooms were clean

Cons:

The noise from the road and the works ongoing in the hotel was a little too much.
There was none in the night when we were harassed by another guest that he had a parking spot reserved whilist there was no reserved spots.

Great budget hotel
Pros:

There are many negative reviews about this property. I disagree. It’s a budget hotel with a budget price—hard to find along the Pacific coast. True there is traffic but I was on the ground floor and it was no problem. True the pillows aren’t the best but ok. Fan was fine. Didn’t need AC. It was clean, room service every day, nice shower, lady at reception was very nice.
The laundry was inexpensive. Was a god send for me. Best value for the price I have found along the coast.

Better than expected for the price. While really close to the main road, its noise wasn't a problem.
Pros:

The staff were super friendly & helpful. The courtyard was much nicer than expected.

Cons:

we could feel the springs in the mattresses, but sleeping on them was more comfortable than that description makes them sound.

Pros:

Good localization - close to Zicatela beach; big and clean room, very comfortable beds. We paid a very affordable price for a couple (440 pesos)

A good budget choice
Pros:

The staff here were very friendly, the rooms clean and spacious and the location really close to the beach. Internet was strong and I was really happy to have chosen this as my first two night's stay.
