Pros:

Older hotel but nice and clean. Real wood fired pizza in the restaurant that was over the top.
The owner was very helpful and made our stay extra special.

Lo consiglierei per chi deve andare all'Unipol Arena

Posizione. Camera molto spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Bagno molto grande. Letto grande e abbastanza comodo. La signora che si occupava della colazione è stata molto gentile e disponibile. la colazione è stata soddisfacente e giusta nelle quantità. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons:

C'è l'ascensore ma non ho potuto utilizzarlo e per me è stato un disagio perchè ho problemi a camminare e a fare le scale quindi fare 4 rampe di scale per raggiungere la stanza era difficile. Inoltre, dalla stanza siamo dovuti passare dall'esterno per andare a fare colazione. Alcuni membri dello staff non erano molto all'altezza dei loro compiti ma nel complesso il servizio è stato buono.

La posizione dell'albergo è ottima su strada statale, permettendo di muovermi agevolmente da e verso Bologna.
Accoglienza disponibile e gentile.

Cons:

Letti molto scomodi, sembrava di dormire su tavola di legno.
Riscaldamento con pompa di calore rumoroso in piena notte.
