Pros:

Fantastické jedlo, veľký výber na raňajky aj večere. Hotel je pekný, moderný, izby sú priestranné a moderne zariadené. Mali sme aj výhľad na Tatry. Vyzdvihol by som aj prístup a ochotu personálu. Radi sa sem vrátime.

Krásne a najmä čisté prostredie hotela dopĺňa milý a ústretový personál. Výborné boli aj raňajky a večere s pestrým výberom a k tomu aj chutné. Večer sa dalo posedieť v hotelovom bare. Veľmi príjemný pobyt!

Veľmi pekne zariadená izba, skvelé wellness aj jedlo.

Cons:

TV bolo na bočnej stene, nie oproti posteli. Raňajky boli výborné, ale vajíčka a slaninka boli skôr studené. Taniere odnášali, ale nestíhali pripraviť čisté stoly pre ďalších hostí.

Amazing spa, quality food and nice staff
Pros:

Amazing spa facilities, with outdoor whirpool. Breakfast and dinner buffet was especially good quality. Room was nice and clean. Staff was kind and attentive.

Cons:

Just minor things: Room was very hot without a thermostat (during winter). The gym is located only at a nearby hotel.

Pros:

Rating this hotel is actually a challenge for me.
The hotel is beautiful. Truly just a few minutes away from the ski slopes.
All praise to the reception manager who was on duty on February 22 and who handled the misunderstanding very professionally.
The girl at the reception should pay more attention to her tone and the way she addresses guests.
The room is comfortable and cozy.
Cleanliness is at a very high level.
The bed is comfortable, but it is not a double bed — it is two single beds pushed together! Unfortunately.
Breakfast, as well as dinner, are fantastic! A wide selection and different food every day. Truly delicious.
I don’t understand why lactose-free milk is not placed where the regular milk is during breakfast, but instead I have to ask for it every single morning???!
The SPA is phenomenal!
On one hand… several types of saunas, an outdoor jacuzzi with hot water where you can enjoy yourself even while it’s snowing…
An indoor jacuzzi, a pool… everything is TOP — but…
On the other hand:
If ill-mannered children, left to run around on their own, allow you to use all of this. Children are everywhere! Running through the hallways, through the dining area, through the pool area! Screaming! Jumping into the pool. Splashing, playing water polo. So basically: children decided whether I would be able to swim in the SWIMMING pool or not.
Someone else’s children decided that my hair would get wet — because they felt like jumping into the pool right at that moment!
NEVER IN ANY HOTEL have I seen such anarchy in behavior. Parents drink alcohol in the pool while their children do whatever they want. I don’t understand what children in diapers are even doing in the jacuzzi?
What is a toddler doing in a sauna? It’s simply terrible.
If you want to spend a few days in a “daycare center” — then this is the right place for you. I highly recommend it!
This hotel is not for adults who came to rest and behave properly.
