Smrad do welnese, chýba klimatizácia, pri otvorenom okne BEZ SIEŤOK nalietali komáre. Druhý raz ideme na toto miesto cez booking a dostali som tú istú najmenšiu izbu z celého hotela, na dotaz sa izba už vymeniť nedala, len za poplatok za luxusnejšiu izbu

A szálloda természeti környezete gyönyörű. A szálloda épülte is igényes, tetszetős. Az étkeztetés kíváló. Az ételek finomak voltak. A személyzet szolgálatkész kedves volt. A wellnes részleg személyzete is figyelmes és kedves volt.

Cons:

Az érkezésünkkor szolgálatban lévő portai lévő hölgy kevésbé volt segítőkész. Az alapvető információkat magyarul átadta, a további a szobával kapcsolatos kérdéseinkre nem figyelt, látványosan tovább foglalkozott telefonálással, gépeléssel. A szoba tetszetős de kicsi, nincs benne hűtőszekrény. A fürdőszobában a fürdőkádnál nincs szappantartó, nem lehet csak a földre letenni a tisztálkodó szereket. Zuhanyozásnál állt a víz a kád környékén. Érkezésünk előtt már le volt szakadva a sötétítő függöny, ami miatt nem lehetett rendesen besötétíteni a szobát és az ott eltöltött 4 nap alatt sem sikerült ezt visszatenni. A szekrényben 3 fogas volt, a ruhákat nem lehetett felakasztani.

Pros:

Stravování bylo úžasné (polopenze), velký výběr jídla, každý si našel to, na co měl chuť. Snad by jen mohlo být zařazeno víc místních jídel, např. halušky. Všechen personál byl velmi ochotný, slušný, velmi příjemný. Paní na recepci světová. Pokoj prostorný, čistý, pohodlné postele, výhled jsme měli přímo na Lomnický štít.

Cons:

Vždy se dá něco zlepšit, ale tady už ten prostor na zlepšení moc není, tady je všechno top.
