Pros:

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The rooms were very clean and beautifully designed. The view from the balcony was just wondeful. The staff was friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

The breakfast missed a few things (e.g. only instant coffee). I would recommend improving the services of the front desk, for example by offering help with organising trips or laundry service to be more competitive.

الموقع رائع وكذلك العاملين في المطعم مميزين وتعاملهم راقي

لايوجد تكييف ولا يوجد ثلاجة وطلبت غرفتين عطوني غرفتين في دورين اظطريت اكنسل غرقة الفندق بالمجمل هادي وبسيط وينفع في الشتاء أما بالصيف فهو حار لن تستمتع بالنوم

יש מקום לשיפור בעיקר בשירות.
Pros:

קרוב למרכז. חדש. נקי. חדר אוכל מרווח יפה ונח.

Cons:

אקוסטיקה נוראית. לא היה אף אחד בקבלה כשהגענו (ורוב הזמן).
ארוחת בוקר בסיסית. לילדים היה פחות מה לאכול.

Disappointing Stay
Pros:

The view from the terrace is great

Cons:

The receptionist was very unfriendly and didn't speak English, which made communication difficult.

The breakfast was very disappointing. It looked nothing like the photos and offered very little variety.

Our room's window and balcony faced a gas station and a hotel under construction, so it wasn't pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the balcony

Однозначно советую
Pros:

1. Чистота.
2. Расположение (на окраине Степанцминды). Всё в пешей доступности, но при этом просыпаться вы будете только от мычания коров, а не от звуков автомобилей и т.п.)
3. Доброжелательный хозяин. Всегда старался помочь нам с нашими вопросами.
4. Вид из окна. При хорошей погоде будете пить кофе с прекрасным видом).
5. Сытный хороший завтрак. Нам хватало завтрака практически до вечера.

Cons:

Главный вопрос с базой для чайника) И заключается он в том, что чайник есть, кружки есть, чай/кофе есть, но розетки рядом с этой базой нет) Приходилось таскать чайник по номеру в поисках розетки для разогрева воды.

Хороший отель. Советую!
Pros:

Чистый отель с приветливым персоналом. Вкусная кухня в ресторане

Классная территория с детской площадкой, так что смело можно останавливаться с детьми

Cons:

Есть небольшие минусы, но чисто субъективные- возле кровати нет бра и в номере нет тв. Конечно, там и без тв есть что посмотреть, но в плохую погоду можно было бы.
