ארוחת בוקא בסיסית מאוד, צוות לא מסביר פנים, אין טלויזיה בחדרים, גם לכ מיזוג. אין מעלית.

Pros:

Only the owner was friendly. The hotel had a decent view

Cons:

Food not so great. Staff weren’t kind at times, other residents would come drunk late at night and bother everyone else who was sleeping. Not to mention that if you stay there on a Sunday, they won’t clean the rooms because they are off apparently, so what am I paying for exactly? Notmal hotels don’t operate this way.

I mentioned my concerns to the owner, but he didn’t do much about them.

The hotel is very nice, very clean. Location is good, view is amazing. Small playground for the children

Pros:

Вид на горы, тишина, очень вежливые хозяева.. Кушать советую прямо в отеле ( домашняя кухня и выпечка) Можно форель заказать или курицу в ореховом соусе.

Cons:

Кофе не варят в турке и нет кофемашины. Попить кофе можно на площади (13 мин пешком)

We enjoy the place
Pros:

Lovely place, good breakfast, large rooms

Cons:

There are not nightstands in trhe rooms, so illumination is all or nothing.
Main door is at the parking level, so we have to go down by the stairs and up again to the lobby.
We were at the first floor, with no elevator.

Заза, управляющий , хороший человек. Накормили поздно приготовили ужин. Хинкали очень вкусные у них рекомендую!!! Есть своя закрытая парковка.

Cons:

Продуваются окна . Достаточно холодно . Зимой не стоит там останавливаться. Завтраки очень маленькие и скромные за такую цену отеля ожидали большего. Уборки не было за 2 дня полотенца не менялись , но правда по требованию новые давали. В сл раз не остановлюсь там.

Cons:

Far from center, no room cleaning service. You need to throw your own trash, for our whole stay no one cleaned our room. Always same food during breakfast.

The view was stunning, and the location was perfect. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — it was very clean, and all the furniture was new. The hotel has a restaurant with excellent breakfasts, and we also had dinner there and were very satisfied.
The manager, Zaza, was incredibly helpful and attentive. He responded to all our requests, helped us early in the morning by bringing up a heater when the weather suddenly turned cold and the heating hadn’t been switched on yet, and even arranged a driver for a private tour. His kindness and responsiveness made our stay even more enjoyable.

Sehr schönes Hotel ohne Service
Pros:

Schönes großes Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick, alles frisch und sauber (Bett/Handtücher/Bademantel). Bequemes Bett, einfacher Check-in und -out. Frühstück typisch georgisch, für den Zimmerpreis etwas spartanisch (kein Obst, keine Butter, nur löslicher Kaffee)

Cons:

Leider wurde bei 4N Aufenthalt nicht ein einziges Mal nach dem Zimmer geschaut - kein Handtuchwechsel, der "Mülleimer" war eine 40L Mülltüte die im Bad hing. An Tag 3 mussten wir nach einer zweiten Rolle Toilettenpapier aktiv nachfragen. Schade, für die wenige Leistung ist der Preis zu hoch angesetzt.
