It was a good family moment during the stay just that need To improve on cleanliness.
Pros:

The swimming pool, my children loved it.

Cons:

The cleanliness- the room was not very clean up on checking in. And when we called for Service since one Of the aircond ( we Stayed in a family room) was not working (not cold) they Came late and even upon Service, the aircond was still not cold.

Pros:

Nice pool

Cons:

Run down. Toilet was old and not cleaned properly. You can see stain in the toilet bowl. All beddings are old beddings. Cups were stained and the handles cracked, but they still decided to use it. Cockroach in the cupbord and no one came to spray it after I called. Cupboard was crack open on the top. Trash was not taken out. Housekeeping only clean the room after I called, after 8pm. Only 1 lift funtioning. Seriously need refurbishment. Not worth to pay.

A good stay.
Pros:

The facilities were very good. Multiple workstations available in the lobby. Swimming pool was available. The rooms feels like new. A/C was good. Food options were good as well.

Cons:

I didn't like that the switch socket next to the bed was not working. Getting the TV working would be a little challenging for some. The bidet didn't have the handle.

Overall good hotel to stay
Pros:

The scenery, hospitality and fasility is superb. Breakfast is okay and room services is good. Thank you for the good service from all the staff

If we had a better choice we would probably prefer to stay there than here!
Pros:

Provides accommodation in a small town

Cons:

Very old and run down requires refurbishing.
Dirty
Ceiling was falling in the bathroom
Exposed wires
Had cold showers-water didn’t warm up
Accommodation I think leave flip flops in the room but the ones that were left for us were old and used and dirty (had dirty toe marks on them!)
Poorly decorated
Wasn’t a great place at all
