Hotel bonito, moderno y funcional. El personal encantador, nos ayudaron con el alquiler de una motocicleta y nos dijeron qué visitar.
Todos los días nos dejaban botellas de agua mineral.
Tuvieron el detalle de ponernos zapatillas de casa, pero estaban usadas.
We like it being located in the city , we can walk every where but you need a transportation to reach beaches
Very basic room
The location and staff was very friendly
The room passes needed to be re-fixed everyday. Had to go to reception every time before going up in the room to make sure the passes worked
in the city center, its good location
its too dirty, room smell not really nice, the cover bed, pillow case and blanket are dirty, had some spot like people already used. and especially the towel for take a shower should be renew, cause is same with the shower bath placemate already
Front office service it was nice , especially when i was check in first and someone named anggi from FO dept are gave me a good service and also pretty much gave us more smile :). Love it ! Thank u bw inn belitung.
My wife and I have a overall excellent stay for 2 night.
Decent breakfast which fair for us from KL Malaysia. Nice room which is clean and spacious for a couple like us.
We are looking forward to come again.
Comfy, modern design with modern technology.
Hot cold shower. The sink placed outside the bathroom so if you want to brush your teeth while your partner use the bathroom.
The breakfast also good one.
They have coffee shop inside the hotel.
And they rent bicycle for hotel guest.
I came to this hotel from Turkey to have holiday in Belitung and i really like the staff, the cleanliness of hotel and their attention to me, especially front staff nopiandi :) For those of who care the wifi, yes it has a good wifi connection :) the minibar is good and has a rich menu and tasteful foods and drinks. Overall i really like this hotel and the staff. I can recommend for everyone who has a plan to come Belitung. Don’t even look at the others :)
Stay during business trip on 21 August 2019. Room is quite spacious & very clean indeed. Bed is nice & not to soft. Hotel is situated near central of the city, ease of access everywhere. Hotel's staf is friendly & very helpful.
I think BW Inn gave the best value for money. Their cleanliness is very good, from the lobby to my room, it was very clean. Also most of their staffs was friendly and welcoming.
But I think the best part of the hotel is their internet speed that was so fast and I also amazed by how they put an access point at my room, I assume they have access point for every room they have. It was really beyond my expectation.
Unfortunately, their breakfast is only acceptable. The variety of the breakfast menu is good I think, but, the taste and the looks of some menu is quite unpleasant. I’m sure they will improve their quality tho.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay here in BW Inn. Please keep up and step up your good works guys!
