Отель полностью соответствовал ожиданиям. Описание номерного фонда на Букинг не точное.
Pros:

Тишина и спокойствие. Океан, возможность пеших прогулок. Вежливость персонала.

Cons:

Уборки в номере не было на протяжении 3 дней пребывания. Мусорная корзина была очищена только после выставления её за дверь, корзина в ванной комнате так и осталась полной.

WE GOT ROBED!

I don’t know if anything after this is worth saying. We were traveling with a 1.5-year-old kid. We came from a long way, no one met us, and we had to shout for anyone to appear. After that, we were told that our room wasn’t ready even though we arrived 2 hours after check-in time. We were offered a so-called private pool villa, which is okay for us;

I just needed a place to spend a night since we planned to go on safari in the morning. We were careless enough to leave our wallet inside the room (why would we need money on the safari). When we arrived, we tried to put our money back into the wallet, but it was almost empty.

We called the hotel staff and the so-called manager, but he just said they don’t have a second key and that there’s nothing he can do about it. He refused to call the police for us and wouldn’t give us his phone to make the call.

The hotel itself is OK definitely not luxury. There are no vibes. It was almost empty except for the stuff. Its very convenient location for Yala Park, which may be 20 minutes drive. Rooms are tired and require basic renovation, paint on the walls was falling off, the AC changed temperature by itself to 26°C …

Anyways, after 15 years of traveling, I think it’s my first bad review and if there is any chance you would like to stay here, please consider taking all your valuables and money always with you.

Pros:

Nähe zum Yala Park, Tour wurde vom Haus geplant. Anlage sehr grün. Viel Natur. Meer recht wild, aber schön.

Cons:

Haben ein kleines Haus mit kleinem Pool gehabt. Wc und Dusche im Freien, habe ich nicht so toll gefunden, da Moskitos ja doch ein Thema sind. Essen ist gleich in Dollar angeschrieben. Wir waren ein paar Meter weiter in einrm Restaurant mit tollem Pool. Kein Moskitonetz. Bei den Holzfenstern und Türen gab es Spalte. Haben das eigene Netz aufgehängt. Bei der Ankunft wird sofort der Zimmerpreis kassiert.

Miejsce wyjątkowe jako oaza spokoju i szumu oceanu

Miejsce odludne,co sprawia,że można rozkoszować się wyjątkową ciszą i szumem fal oceanu.Piękny ogród,miejsce niezwykłe pod względem lokalizacji i bliskości natury.Mozna odetchnąć od zgiełku.Obsluga całkiem miła,choć nieco nieśmiała,ale bardzo polubiłem jednego chłopaka z obsługi,który przygotowywał nam śniadania.Są śniadania na słodko, English breakfast oraz lokalne.Myślę,że obsługa bardzo się stara.To ogromna zaleta.

Cons:

Zastanawiam się,czy menadżer ma plan na lepszą reklamę miejsca i lekkie ożywienie oraz odnowienie niektórych rzeczy.Nie było housekeepingu,więc trochę musieliśmy sami ogarnąć pokój.Swiatlo w łazience dość mroczne.

Pros:

Nice location by the beach. You have the whole beach for yourself.

Cons:

Pool was dirty and not filtered. Bed sheets were dirty and staff was not attentive. We felt like we were disturbing them.

Direkt am Strand.

Cons:

Der Service war sehr unprofessionell und langsam. Die Preise für Essen und Getränke für Sei Lankische Verhältnisse extrem hoch. Die Ausstattung ist schön aber heruntergekommen.

Von „Luxus“ keine Spur. Der Service war extrem unprofessionell, das Essen schlecht und sehr teuer. Der Pool dreckig.
Wir hatten die Villa mit Pool gemietet und hörten schon in der ersten Nacht, dass ein Affe über der Decke herumlief. Wir haben ihn außerdem mehrmals gesehen. In unserer zweiten Nacht tropfte es plötzlich von der Decke aufs Kopfkissen. Der Affe hatte sich scheinbar entledigt. Nachdem wir dies gemeldet hatten hieß es, dass es keine Affen gäbe. Wir bekamen ein neues Zimmer und reisten am nächsten Morgen ab.

Perfect
Pros:

We spent a wonderful 10 days here. The hotel, the pools and the beach met all our expectations. Of course, the experience was made complete by the staff. Special thanks to Shiran, who made our stay even more pleasant.

Cons:

Not a criticism, but if the pool villa was like the family room, it would be perfect for us.
