The location was perfect for an event that we attended.
The hotel is beautiful, our suite was excellent. The bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was great.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room - wooden flooring and cool even though outside had reached 33°C on the afternoon. Restaurant serves simple, local food and does this very well. Good English is spoken - ask for guidance regarding local attractions and etc. Hotel is convenient for Park Toplol'Cianky which is a pleasant place to spend a summer Sunday morning.
Not a negative but, this is a small hotel. It's not staffed 24x7. When they message you "phone 30 minutes before arrival" they mean it. Restaurant closes at ~19:00 and it's best to place your order when you check in.

Po náročných 90 km cyklotúry sme sa mohli len osprchovať žiadny wellnes tam nebol len sauny za príplatok 25 eur pričom bolo napísané pobyt s privátnym wellnes chýba tam vírivka
Great location with good air conditioning and clean room
It's a habit in Slovakia to push 2 single beds together and call it a double. Other than that fine
The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
The rooms were very generously sized and comfortable and the hotel location peaceful, tranquil and relaxing . Hotel looks onto the famous Lipizzaner horse stables and a lovely park with a castle .
There wasn’t time to try out the hotel bowling alley .
