Reception is open until 24:00. You are kindly requested to inform the hotel of your expected time of arrival.

The restaurant will be closed from the beginning of September until the beginning of December and from the beginning of May until the end of June.

Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare all'hotel Dama Bianca per la sua posizione e la sua accoglienza.
Pros:

Ottima posizione, comoda al paese e agli impianti. Camere molto spaziose e personale accogliente e disponibile.

Settimana bianca con qualità prezzo migliore della zona
Pros:

Ottima struttura e rapporto qualità prezzo per chi vuole soggiornare in valturnanche sia in estate sia in inverno. Camere super pulite, colazione e cena davvero buoni piatti sempre abbondanti personale gentile. Disponibili posti auto nel piazzale di fronte all'hotel, deposito sci e scarponi per l'inverno. Struttura molto organizzata a gestione familiare, consigliato!

Adoramos o local, ótimo custo benefício.
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, jantar simples mas muito bom! No jantar, se tinha a opção de dois primeiros pratos e depois dois pratos de carne - escolher um para cada hospede. As sobremesas eram muito boas! Café da manhã também simples, mas bem bom. Atendimento tipico Italiano, direto ao ponto. 2 horários de ônibus para ir até Valtornanche (8:30 - 9:00), retorno 16:00 ou 16:30. Acabamos usando o carro, já que o estacionamento era grátis.
Parceria com o rentals no pé da montanha - desconto de 10%.

Cons:

Pontos de melhoria: travisseiros muito duros na cama - dormimos com o nosso casaco, incluir água no jantar (não estava incluso) e atendimento mais cordial.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Gave me their own iPhone charger when I needed to. Hotel is quite cheap for anywhere near Cervino. Rooms was decent sized and clean

Cons:

The biggest issue is the location. If you don’t have a car, you can’t stay here. The hotels restaurant is closed and there is only 1 single restaurant within 500 m which is often booked out. No supermarket either anywhere close. There are buses but only hourly and the entire valley has no ride hailing or food delivery
