Wow! Da tornare assolutamente!
Pros:

Struttura molto bella, accogliente e pulita, in classico stile da montagna, ti dà la piacevole sensazione di essere in un luogo familiare.
Staff davvero gentilissimo e sempre molto disponibile. Complimenti!
Posizione per i paesi vicini da visitare come Moena, Canazei e comodissima per le piste da sci, sia per il comprensorio del paese, sia per fare il giro dei 4 passi.
Camera spaziosa, luminosa e pulita.
Formula con la prima colazione, ma offre il servizio ristorazione per la cena (e pranzo a sacco su richiesta, che noi non abbiamo usufruito, ma è un servizio molto apprezzabile) che consiglio vivamente sia per il costo aggiuntivo che conviene, ma soprattutto per il cibo di grande qualità. Piatti abbondanti e ogni sera passavano per i tavoli a chiedere se volessimo un'assaggio anche degli altri primi che erano a disposizione nel menù. Dolci fatti dal cuoco (torte per dessert o per la prima colazione), davvero molto buone. Super. È presente una piccola spa, molto accogliente, coccola e rilassante, soprattutto per la parte esterna.
Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!!!!

Great service, comfy beds and functional SPA
Pros:

Staff is extremely friendly, the lady on Reception was helpful through all our stay and created great impression of hospitality, empathy and client orientation. Location is good enough since there are Ski buses 4-5 min walk from hotel to the many different directions but obviously it's not skii to hotel option. SPA is great and functional. Awesome experience after full day of skiing.

Cons:

The temperature in the hotel and heating system was a bit cold, breakfast were super basic, without any hot meals and diversity. The price (450 eur per day for 3 people standard room with breakfast) is a bit higher than I expect to see for such location (not on the slope) and breakfast. SPA is operating till 7 PM what is a bit early to close the SPA. I would like to see it opened at least till 9 PM.

Uno dei soggiorni migliori di sempre
Pros:

La posizione è ottima perché l’albergo é a 2 minuti dal centro. La camera é molto spaziosa e con un terrazzino con vista mozzafiato. Un ringraziamento speciale va allo che staff é stato gentilissimo,molto premuroso ed accogliente nei miei confronti dandomi tutte le informazioni necessarie per poter passare un ottimo soggiorno. L’hotel ha anche una zona SPA parecchio attrezzata e un ristorante con una cucina tipica buonissima. La cena é stata ottima e anche la colazione molto varia e abbondante.
