The Ambience is Cozy. The hospitality is great by staff. The afternoon treats was nice, while the dinner was much more than we expected. The location is just 5 minutes drive to Lake Carezza, which makes it super easy to visit anytime. The view it self from the hotel is relaxing.
The seatings in the afternoon treats was limited while it was raining outside. The dinner took a bit of time since the place were quite full, and we as a foreigner, didn't know how to order, since no one explained to us. The kids room of the family room is a bit tiny and located at another building with few stairs. But overall nice and acceptable.
I am lactose intolerant and the chef prepared special meals for me. I didn't have to give up anything! At breakfast I already had 4 still warm muffins on the table, prepared especially for me!
The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Even though it was pouring rain they came out in the parking to help us with putting our bicycles in the garage. In the price of half board the snack is also included (variety of snack sandwiches, cake, biscuits, fresh fruits…)
Dinner was amazing - wide variety of vegetables, bruscettas and salads + choosing of primo and secondo piatto + dessert. Breakfast was also great. Since we were traveling with a dog it was quite nice that dogs are really welcomed here and they don’t charge extra for them.
Our room was located on the top floor/attic and even though it wasn’t yet hot outside with the sun up it would get really warm in the room in the morning but that was just a minor thing.
