Below satisfactory and the forged rating which the person did was absolutely not accepted
Pros:

First of all when I did check out after my stay, the person at the receptionist asked for a booking pin which I could not see on my app as the pin was there at the time of check in , so she asked for my phone to see , so I gave my phone and after 2 mins she gave the phone back , back home when I checked my mail I got a thank you mail from booking.com stating thanks against my booking , that person at receptionist marked very good and gave 10 rating on her own, which is not fair, There are so many reviews for this property where travellers have not written anything and good rating is forged . Please be carefull

Now I understand why this property has so good reviews where as it is so so bad , unhygienic, broken taps, mattress spring coming out , yellow bed sheets and bathroom cleanliness a big challenge . No kettle or tea , no cutlery , and breakfast included they say we will get from outside idli and every dosa you want , tea coffee chargeable . Four days I got one bottle water only , no glass in the room. Seriously oyo should inspect

We had to cancel our stay. We were basically tricked to book the property with good pictures and we don’t know how this

Okay hotel that has seen better days
Pros:

The location is fantastic. It is close to the train station and shopping areas. It's easy to get everywhere from here.
The shower was great with amazing water pressure.
The room was a good size.

Cons:

The room and furniture were a bit worn out and not in the best condition. The room had at a slightly strange smell. The linen was a little dirty when we arrived and the bottom sheet didn't cover the mattress entirely. We requested new linen and a sweep but nobody attended to our request. It seems like the central support team does not necessarily communicate to local staff. Reception was helpful at times but it seemed to depend on the person.
