Great location and staff. Overall had a good experience considering the price.
Pros:

Great location, near to the Jasna ski center.
Loved the convenience of ski-passes being included in the price and all ski-pass related questions were easily solved at the reception.
Staff’s very professional, helpful and caring.

Cons:

The rooms are rather outdated and would benefit from updates. As for food, overall good food, but
- breakfast buffet could be organized better
- dinner menu options are rather limited doesn’t correspond to the prices charged.
- also, would be great to have staff explain the more traditional menu options, as some ENG translations were misleading.
