Cozy hotel near the lifts
Pros:

Friendly staff and great location, excellent view from the room. Good value for the price.

Cons:

Management adjusting times/ facilities according to number of guests in the hotel to cut down costs. Since it was end of season, and there was only a few guests in the hotel, they decided that bar would close earlier and you are left with no option for chilling in the bar at 8pm when it's written that bar would be open until 10.30pm.

Also food was tasty but breakfast could have been better (lack of toaster, variety of pastries, pancakes).

Lo destacable es la ubicación
Pros:

Buena ubicación y con parking, también tiene un lugar para guardar el equipo de ski que lo hace muy cómodo. Habitacion amplia.
El desayuno y cena son bastante buenos y hay variedad.
El personal no es muy amable solo un chico de recepción se destacaba por su buena predisposición y amabilidad.

Cons:

El hotel no cuenta con ascensor, nos tocó tercer piso por escalera, no hay teléfono en la habitación para comunicarse con la recepción, la calefacción es un pequeño radiador para un dormitorio amplio y no es regulable desde la habitación, pasamos frío en la noche tuvimos que bajar varias veces a pedir que subieran la temperatura a la recepción (3 pisos) y aún así no se templaba. La habitación tampoco cuenta con frigobar.

Comfortable stay during ski holiday at Jasna
Pros:

Great location near the slopes, nice view, big room with drying rack, good breakfast and nice wellness center.

Cons:

The toilet in the room was very small and a bit difficult to get into.

Great location and staff. Overall had a good experience considering the price.
Pros:

Great location, near to the Jasna ski center.
Loved the convenience of ski-passes being included in the price and all ski-pass related questions were easily solved at the reception.
Staff’s very professional, helpful and caring.

Cons:

The rooms are rather outdated and would benefit from updates. As for food, overall good food, but
- breakfast buffet could be organized better
- dinner menu options are rather limited doesn’t correspond to the prices charged.
- also, would be great to have staff explain the more traditional menu options, as some ENG translations were misleading.

Pobyt z rodziną na nartach

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Smaczne jedzenie. Duże pokoje. Blisko stoku.
