Bardzo miła obsługa w hotelu w języku polskim. Czyste pokoje. Hotel bardzo przytulny. Blisko różnych atrakcji. Śniadanie bogate. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Można skorzystać dodatkowo z restauracji. Możliwość spa za dodatkową opłatą, ale dla gości hotelu spora zniżka.

Brakuje jedynie małej lodóweczki w pokoju.

Ein angenehmer ruhiger Wellness-Sportaufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Personal in allen Bereichen war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und serviceorientiert. Die Lage (war für meine Zwecke) ideal. Am gleichen Gelände befindet sich noch ein zweites, dazu gehöriges Hotel und auch ein Campingplatz. Die ruhige Atmosphäre angenehme ruhige Lage, der Blick ins Grüne von der Terrasse aus schufen eine sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt, das Frühstück ist vielfältig und umfangreich im Angebot und gut in der Qualität. Das Restaurant (mit viel Atmosphäre und ganz in rustikalem Holzambiente ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal auch hier sehr freundlich. Der Wellnessbereich ist, was ich begrüße, nur für Erwachsene und sehr schön. Davon getrennt gibt es ein Fitnesscenter, Billard, Tischfußball und schöne Kinderspielbereiche Indoor wie Outdoor. Ich war sehr zufrieden und würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Hervorheben möchte ich noch den Masseur (Julius), der hervorragende Arbeit (an mir ;-) geleistet hat!

Cons:

Im Sommer, also zum Zeitpunkt meines Aufenthaltes steht der Wellnessbereich nur jeden zweiten Tag (von 18 bis 21 Uhr) zur Verfügung und ist kostenpflichtig (zu einem akzeptablen, vergünstigten Preis). Das ist ok jedoch fand sich dazu kein Hinweis VOR der Buchung oder in der Hotelbeschreibung. Achtung, das Hotel verfügt über keinen Pool, sollte man so etwas suchen (zum Zeitpunkt meines Aufenthaltes war es sehr hieß und es wäre angenehm gewesen).

milá, ochotná a ústretová recepčná; čistá izba, tiché ubytovanie, wellness priamo v budove, raňajky v pohode, parkovanie a wiffi.

Cons:

doporučoval by som namontovať na okná sieťky proti hmyzu, v lete je to priam nutnosť, a snáď pouvažovať aj nad klimatizáciou.

Hotel krásny čistý, stale bolo vidieť personál ako niečo upratovali. Príjemný prístup na recepcii kde všetko vysvetlil nakoľko je hotel a služby situovaný vo viacerých budovách. Izby priestranné a čisté, hotel tichý. Wellness dokonalá bodka za úžasným pobytom. Tomuto hotelu nie je absolútne čo vytknúť.
