Top Lage, sehr schöne Zimmer ( war / ist viel im Umbau) , sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Hotelier

Gut geschlafen, aber Ausstattung und Service schlecht.
Pros:

Bett, Bad sauber und gut geheizt

Cons:

Ausstattung des Zimmer bis auf die Betten sehr abgewohnt. Keinerlei Bügel im Kleiderschrank oder an Garderobe. Am schlimmsten war, dass wir aufgrund nicht gestreuter Wege bei Glatteis gestürzt sind und das Personal des Hansenhof keinerlei Interesse zeigt bzgl. möglicher Verletzungen, noch das eine Entschuldigung erfolgte.

Es gab keine Gaststätte fussläufig, wir konnten aber vor Ort Getränke kaufen Wäre schön, wenn es bei den tolle Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Hof ein kleines Angebot gäbe.

Ruhige Lage, Parkplätze auf dem Hof

Cons:

Es gibt hier nichts zu Essen, kein Frùhstùck - alles selbst mitbringen oder frùh zum Bäcker fahren - Getränke kõnnen gekauft werden - ansonsten top!

Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das wirklich große Zimmer war neu eingerichtet. Wir konnten sehr gut übernachten

Der var stille og roligt og det kunne være et flot sted med den gamle bygning

Cons:

ankomsten kunne være bedre. Der var en låst dør, da vi kom selvom vi havde aftalt tid. Heldigvis fandt vi et telf, nr. i vores papirer vi kunne ringe til. Han kunne åbne døren via telefon, så vi fik vores nøgle.Men ellers kendte han intet til det. Værelse og bad var fint. Der var ingen på hotellet før om morgenen, da vi skulle afsted. Damen sagde, at vi skulle bestille morgenmad dagen før, men der var ingen vi kunne snakke med. Så det kunne vi få næste dag. hvis vi ville. Det var ok. Man kunne heller ikke spise til aften.

I want to get a refund.

Cons:

I’m really dissapointed. The rooms were totally different than showed online in booking. It was a total scam. Not worth the money. The rooms are so old, you hear every step in the hall or even the neighbours room. The bed sheets were kind of wet which was disgusting. The shower also old, I burnt myself maybe five times even though I was not adjusting the heat of the water. Whats even worse, we were still in the bed around 6:30 am someone just randomly unlocked the door and wanted to come in…. I really want to get my money back. I’ve never was scammed so badly in my life ever…
