El numero de contacto que está en Booking es uno general de los 4 hoteles (esta información no aparece en la descripción del hotel). Como sugerencia, mejorar la visión del cartel del Hotel, porque cuando llegamos en Uber al hotel, como no lo conocíamos y tampoco el chofer, no lo vimos. Llamé al teléfono de contacto y me indicaron que me dirigiera al hotel de Cerro Castillo. Llegamos ahí, a pié y nos tuvimos que devolver caminando con los bolsos. Lo malo, que las funcionarias no sabían con quien comunicarse y no llamaban a una colega porque "se podía enojar".....con esta comunicación no me es extraño que estén en venta los hoteles...

Estaba muy limpia la habitación, el personal muy amable también

Más que hotel en parece un Hostel, las instalaciones son antiguas pero eso también le da un toque, lo malo es que para salir y entrar se debe tocar un timbre, y no siempre hay personal para que abran por lo que se espera bastante en un sector que es bastante oscuro

Hermoso lugar y cómoda estadía.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse! Ordenado, limpio, tranquilo, silencioso, cómodo. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, con todo lo necesario para descansar bien, las camas súper cómodas. Todo limpio, la atención excelente de todas las Sras.. El desayuno riquísimo! Los espacios en común muy lindos y cómodos. Sin dudas volvería siempre. Y recomiendo.

Cons:

Algo a saber, es que el ingreso al hospedaje son sólo escaleras. Por eso ir con la idea de que el equipaje se sube de esa forma, al igual que si se lleva algún tipo de cochecito de bebé o alguna persona mayor. Lo único que arreglaría sería el grifo del lavamanos del baño que salía poquita agua con baja presión. Nada más que agregar.
