Spa area and the outside restaurant were nice and modern and provided things to do in the afternoon. The hotel was clean. Food at the restaurant was also nice and reasonably priced.
Breakfast left a lot to be desired, especiallly if you like to eat sweet things in the morning. The place where the breakfast is served needs renovation. Staff didn't speak English, except for the reception. Mattress was not comfortable. Furniture and the room in general - although clean- needs renovation.
The wellness was absolutely great, right next to the hotel. Breakfast was also nice, we were asked what coffee we want. The whole atmosphere is really calm and nice. Possibility to eat a dinner in the restaurant, delicious food.
A bit pity, that there is not for free provided a towel for wellness. There are towels just in the room. The prices for food in the restaurant are quite expensive.
Camera frumoasă ,curată și frumoas amenajată în care s-a făcut curățenie zilnic inclusiv schimb prosoape. Zona SPA este foarte curată. În piscina mare apa are cca 29 grade iar în jacuzzi cca 35-37 grade , s-au oferit prosoape zilnic , sauna super. Micul dejun delicios bufet suedez cu posibilitatea de a comanda ochiuri prăjite sau omletă pe loc de la bucătărie. Cafeaua și capuccino super .Personalul a fost foarte amabil mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze.
A fost un sejur reușit.
Hotel Yara has amazingly kind and helpful staff, and a great SPA center for which the access is included in the price per night. It was me and a buddy that traveled to Viseu for work purposes, and chose this place because the photos looked great and we specifically wanted to try out the SPA since we're big fans of that. It did not disappoint.
It's pretty great, honestly. There's a generous parking lot, the breakfast is traditional/classic inspired, it's not abundantly diverse in options but it has quite a lot of stuff and they're all delicious.
The room is very clean, comes with a balcony and has a very nice bathroom and a SmartTV.
I really am looking forward to coming again, can't wait. The SPA center is bliss, if you're into this kind of stuff.
P.S. The owner, I believe his name is Mr. Lucian is very kind and I could tell he has a nice sense of humour. Him and the staff were very understanding with our situation since we arrived late in the night. I was and am grateful for that.
This is a personal preference, but I would change the door stopper in the bathroom, I've hit my toes a couple of in that one, it's screwed in the floor. Haha. Other than that, no complaints.
O locație excepțională, curat, totul cu bun gust, camere mari, caldura, patul f bun. La restaurant mancarea este excelentă, delicios totul, micul dejun grozav. Zona SPA f ofertantă, ai de toate si e f curat si îngrijit. A fost minunat, recomand cu drag acesta locatie in MM.
Totul a fost perfect! Un mic incident la SPA unde lumea era deranjată de copiii din bazin care practic inotau, nu faceau nimic gresit. Asta tine de oameni….nu e vina hotelului. La SPA este acces contra cost si pentru persoane care nu sunt cazate aici.
