Неймовірна локація для прогулянок у Франківську
Pros:

Гарне розташування, поруч озеро та парк. В центр прогулятися 20 хвилин. Неймовірне обслуговування, привітний персонал, дякуємо за додаткову водичку в дорогу.
Також у готелі можна скористатися пральною машинкою та залишити речі після виїзду безкоштовно, за що ми також щиро вдячні.
У готелі зупинялися вже вдруге, але точно не востаннє.

ми були вражені величиною номеру! це дві величезні кімнати, коридор та ванна кімнаті з душової кабіною та ванною з джакузі ) широченне ліжко та великий розкладний диван. кухня з усім необхідним. розкладний великий стіл. два кондиціонера. величезний балкон! цікавий інтер'єр. адміністратор допоміг донести валізи на третій поверх. парковка під шлагбаумом на території.

Cons:

на кухні нема витяжки та мийки.

Сервіс варто підтягнути.
Pros:

Номери великі та зручні, порадувала наявність чайника, холодильника, води та повного набору душового приладдя (шампунь, гель, мило, ватні палички та спонжі). Окремий плюс за якісну душову кабіну, з якої вода не виливалася на підлогу.

Сніданки дуже смачні, збалансовані та ситні, порції великі, а принесли замовлення швидко — десь за 15 хвилин. Розташування також зручне, до центру міста можна дійти пішки за 15–20 хвилин.

Cons:

Є питання до прибирання та зручності. У готелі немає ліфта, тому речі доводиться нести в руках. Крім того, на двох гостей чомусь залишили лише одну чашку.

У першому номері виявили шар пилу біля дверей. У другому номері, який розташований на мансардному поверсі, взагалі не було штор на вікнах, а також помітили сліди пилу на столі в кімнаті та на сушарці у ванній.

Жили в номері Франц Іосиф. Красивий та стильний, дуже просторий номер з двома окремими кімнатами, санвузлом з ванною-джакузі та душем, невеличкою кухнею, великим балконом.

Дуже зручне розташування: 5 хвилин до озера пішки, хвилин 10-15 пішки до центру (1 км). Навпроти дуже гарні заклади повноцінно поїсти та попити лимонад чи каву в кавʼярні. На першому поверсі в ресторані сервірують смачні сніданки.

В номері є все необхідне - холодильник, шампунь та гель для душу, фен, рушники, халати, капці тощо. Працюють кондиціонери в обох кімнатах. Поверхом вище у вільному доступі праска за потреби.

Гарний, приємний персонал. Також є можливість залишити речі у разі пізнього відʼїзду.

Якщо зупинятимемося в Івано-Франківську, то лише тут ))).
