PESSIMA ESPERIENZA!!!!! MAI PIÙ

Nulla a partire dai materassi e dai cuscini scomodissimi (da cambiare) al rumore pareti sottili e peggior cosa il sabato sera fanno Karaoke fino molto tardi volume altissimo applausi ed incitamento a chi si esibisce… non abbiamo potuto dormire se non dopo che tutti i clienti sono andati via… dopo esserci lamentati per il rumore con i responsabili della struttura , gli stessi senza neppure scusarsi per il disagio causato hanno risposto che su Booking c’è scritto che c’è il ristorante presso albergo APPUNTO !!!? RISTORANTE NON KARAOKE.. noi eravamo in viaggio ed abbiamo PAGATO PER DORMIRE NON PER CANTARE…

Mobili molto vecchi…. Struttura datata tre stelle molto lontane più reali due stelle tirate….

Pros:

La posizione centralissima ed il prezzo

Cons:

La completa assenza di accoglienza, probabilmente il ristorante assorbe troppe energie e quindi i clienti dell' albergo risultano quasi un peso.
La colazione che doveva essere servita fino alle ore 10 ( come comunicatoci dall' unica dipendente un minimo accogliente) alle ore 09,40 non ci è più stata servita in quanto il locale era già stato rassettato.
Risultato?
Colazione fuori hotel ogni giorno.
Da non ripetere.
