Pros:

La ubicación está muy cercana al muelle y la calle principal. Tenía buena señal de wifi en la habitación. Está equipado con lo necesario para almacenar y cocinar. A pesar de lo céntrico el sonido era mínimo de lo exterior.

Cons:

El servicio de cable con mala calidad casi no podía verse en la mayoría de canales. Igual creo que esto no es un punto tan negativo para quedarse en un lugar tranquilo y bonito.

Well run, good location, very pleasant, excellent staff.
Pros:

Staff were wonderful. Everything was clean and spruced up daily. Well kept small garden. Several places outside the room to read and relax. Fantastic volcano view from roof terrace. Easy walk from the boat dock.

Cons:

There is a small shared kitchen, but not all guests cleaned up after themselves, leaving the cleanup to staff who couldn’t get to it right away. Room was small with limited storage area. Occasional brief water outages.

Lovely little property, nice pool (a tad on the cool side, but not too bad), very friendly staff, good location close to the lancha dock and close to the main square and market.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación cerca del muelle y calle principal. El personal muy amable y las áreas comunes muy acogedoras y amenas (piscina, terrazas, cocina compartida). Relación calidad/precio/ubicación excelente!

Cons:

No tenía parqueo incluído y pagamos Q75 por noche, y estaba aprox entre 5-10 minutos caminando. Nada que no se pueda manejar.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, very green and well kept. Close to boats and lots of restaurants.

Cons:

Although the location is very easy to get to from boats it's near a busy street so is quite noisy

Overall very good experience. I would come back there for sure.
Pros:

Great location, In the center of everything and very close to the lake. Beautiful garden, flowers, pool. Very nice , friendly stuff. Highly recommended.

Cons:

They have no parking there. We came by car and we had to park somewhere else and pay for it, but hotel stuff helped us with it, so overall it was not that bad. just a little inconvenience.

True 10/10 stay and a hidden gem on Lake Atitlan, absolutely gorgeous.
Pros:

Honestly cannot give this property a better review. I had a truly lovely experience at Casa Josefa. Veronica greeted us upon entry and was incredibly kind and helpful, and she continued to check on us throughout our stay.

The property is located very close to the main lancha dock at Santiago, meaning it’s just a short walk away from exploring the rest of the lake. While Santiago might not be the most tourist-centric town on the lake, the sites were lovely.

Casa Josefa was truly gorgeous. The plants and the energy at the facility were immaculate. The pool looked lovely and though we didn’t get the chance to swim, it would have been a nice refreshing touch to a day of exploring. Most of all, the room was extremely clean and comfortable. There was a lovely hot shower and plenty of amenities including a hotel refrigerator and microwave to use as well as a fresh filtered water jug. I was fully pleased with my stay and loved the service we received throughout.

Cons:

Nothing. It was fantastic.

Cómodo, lindo jardín y servicio amable
Pros:

Todo me pareció muy bien! servicio muy amable la atención, el hotel es muy céntrico, el jardin es muy bonito, las habitaciones tambien y cómodas y tienen lo necesario para estar cómodo.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gusto es que no me cayó agua caliente y salí muy temprano, es para tomarlo en cuenta.

An almost perfect paradise
Pros:

Beautiful gardens, friendly staff, a usable kitchen, stunning views of the volcano and the pool was a nice bonus. Great location just 5 mins walk from the docks & 5 mins walk to the main market.

Cons:

There was no fan or air conditioning in the room so it felt warm and stuffy at times. Our particular room was also located next to the entrance where it was quite noisy throughout the night.

Very nice, convenient location. It is a good deal.
Pros:

Muy bonita! Beautiful gardens, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. They also had potable water for free. The shower was great and the location is close to the dock.

Cons:

My room faced the road so was loud because the windows are thin, but that was minor.
