Pros:

Struttura molto carina,senza troppi fronzoli,vicinissima al lungomare e a tutti i lidi o spiaggia libera.La colazione ottima e completa.I gestori 2 persone veramente accoglienti e sorridenti che ti fanno sentire coccolata.

mi e' piaciuto tutto. piccolo hotel a conduzione familiare, i propietari sono gentilissimi, la posizione e' davanti al mare, l'hotel e' piccolo, ristrutturato, le camere sono belle, hanno anche un piccolo balconcino, ha la tv, il frigo, l'aria condizionata. ha un parcheggio privato recintato e e chiuso, a 300 metri di distanza. la colazione e' molto buona, non e' a self service, l'ho preferito, chiedi quello che vuoi e te lo danno, i dolci sono fatti in casa, e sono super buoni.

abbiamo visitato oltre al centro di san felice (occorre l'auto), anche sabaudia (molto carina) e terracina (circa 15 km) che ci e' piaciuta molto.

Cons:

dell'hotel niente da segnalare , mi e' piaciuto tutto,
per il servizio spiaggia (lettini ed ombrelloni) voglio suggerire di fare 500 metri sulla sinistra uscendo dall'hotel non ricordo il nome dello stabilimento, ma hanno prezzi meno esagerati, i due davanti l'hotel chiedono 35 e mi e' sembrato troppo, ma l'hotel ovviamente non c'entra (potrebbero tentare di fare una convenzione per i loro clienti)
