The location
The continental breakfast was disappointing and inadequate. We did not realise the pub was closed for two of our four day stay.
The food location and staff were amazing
We've stayed here 3 times now and enjoyed it everytime, however it is in need of some TLC now, the staff are great, the food menu doesn't appear as wide as it once was and was fairly limited in options for dinner. The place probably needs some investment. That said I would say value for money

Really nice place with great views
We where working away from home and booked this place so we could have a few drinks and a meal but didn't realise it's closed on a Monday

Breakfast very good and situation on the Humber is brilliant. Loved the walk along the river Ancholme
Stairs were a bit of a problem for my wife.
Food is outstanding. Room is cosy but very comfortable.
There is a danger that early sleepers could be disturbed by noise from the bar/restaurant although this didn’t last beyond 10:30 pm

Breakfast on tray for Monday morning uninspiring and could have been better. Appreciate hotel closed but tray food could have been improved
We love the location, looking out over the Humber Bank and walking along the banks of the river Ancholme.
The staircase to the rooms is a quite steep and can be quite a challenge as we get older!
