Pros:

Quanto a recepção foram muito atenciosos porém ao chegar no local ficamos decepcionados quando disseram que não tinha vaga para o carro.
Sendo que na reserva fala que o estacionamento era privativo.
Meu carro ficou em frente ao hotel porém na rua, achei uma falta de consideração com o cliente.

Referente ao estacionamento que não cumpriu com combinado na reserva.
