O 1o quarto em que fiquei estava com chuveiro sem funcionar; tv quebrada; após reclamar, fui realocado para um quarto bom. Mas, se nao fosse a boa vontade do 2o funcionário, teria ficado num quarto muito ruim. Diária cara para um hotel antigo e com problemas

Instalações, como piscina e academia.

Cons:

Estava em obras, muito barulho! Como cheguei na madrugada, dormi até mais tarde e no sábado ficou em obras dia todo acima do meu quarto. Poderiam ter repensado reposicionar os hóspedes para quartos com menos impacto, isso traria foco no cliente.
