Cons:

Не ми хареса че има лампа с фото клетка цяла вече при движение в леглото ( понеже се въртя докато спя ) се включваше и беше доста неприятно

Добър хотел с любезен персонал
Pros:

Хотелът е хубав с добра гледка. Стаите са приветливи, чисти и с всички удобства, телевизорите са със сателитна телевизия и много програми, леглата удобни, а персоналът е изключително любезен и отзивчив.

Cons:

Местоположението, ако не си с кола, е малко отдалечено, а ж.п. гарата е на 50 минути път пеш. Закуската беше само сандвич и напитка. СПА центъра е платен, дори и за клиенти на хотела, нещо което за мен е лоша практика, само джакузито влизаше в цената и басейнът, но той все още не работеше.

Местоположението е отлично,защото е близо до Арбанаси и Велико Търново,чисто,спокойно.
Закуска може да е по-разнообразна,но по съотношението цена и качество е идеална.😉

Басейна от спа зоната не работи през зимния период и не беше упоменато никъде това, не ни беше казано и по телефона, разбрахме когато отидохме. Спа зоната се заплащаше допълнително, което също не беше упоменато никъде.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πάρα πολύ όμορφο μέρος μέσα στο πράσινο. Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό και πολύ καλές οι παροχές. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ περιποιημένο. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την ευχάριστη διαμονή!!
