Pros:

Ich kann die Unterkunft nicht bewerten, weil wir unser Zimmer wegen eines „plumber problem“ ( overbooked?) wieder räumen mussten. Keine Info vorab via booking oder email, was Zeit und Weg gespart hätte.

Cons:

Wir wurden auf unser Zimmer gebracht, hatten gerade unser Gepäck verstaut, als uns mitgeteilt wurde, dass wir in ein anderes Hotel 20 min Autofahrt entfernt, gehen müssen. Dort haben wir ein dunkles in den Hinterhof zeigendes Zimmer bekommen.

Pros:

The staff were especially nice and were very helpful as my husband was not well and a staff member even went to the staff house to get some medication for him. They also were very willing to deliver food or drink to our room for him. The food was also delicious.

Great staff. Lovely public areas. Great location

Cons:

Very very small bedroom. Poor WiFi upstairs
Breakfast buffet was often short of things that had to be asked for, but hot breakfast was always good

Posizione in zona molto suggestiva e a meno di 1h da Inverness.
Parcheggio comodo.

Cons:

Pulizia pessima ovunque, dalla camera al ristorante.
Terzo letto per bambini stile campeggio (alzato 20cm da terra, materassino pressochè inesistente), non in linea con le minime aspettative di una struttura a quattro stelle

Pros:

Definitely not a 4-star experience. The showers barely work, the beds are uncomfortable, and the rooms are old and poorly maintained. Even basic things like the lights were not working properly. Overall, the room was far below the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Breakfast is very poor.

Overall a pleasant stay - the dinner really was very good
Pros:

Dinner was excellent and the waiting staff pleasant . The bar chap serving the whiskey needs some guidance . He was so grumpy it was funny.
