Breakfast was average however it was charged incorrectly as per there Website
I was promised a refund however I have received nothing.
Manager has a very bad attitude regarding there incorrect pricing and in there website.

I paid for two guests but I was offered the room for a single person.

I would love to come back some time.u
Pros:

Very convenient location, easy to get to the place.
I really had a great time, besides some few aspects that need to be improved.

Cons:

Level of noise from a group of people was high at times.
Struggled to sleep due to high sound of a sporting car.

Pros:

Firstly, I am doing this rating on my husband’s behalf. He was away from home, got stuck on the way due to car issue. I had to get him an overnight stay… He is hardly pleased but yhooooo! He kept on saying, “Ingasentle indawo that you booked me” Apparently he liked everything about the place.

Cons:

He mentioned something about creepy guys just outside the place, so much that he felt a need to leave his phones in the car when he was going in to report his arrival. However , he was reassured by the receptionist that they’re harmless… I can say the safety issue

Pros:

I liked that the room was spacious, even though I booked single bed, the beds were put together to make one bed. The linen was clean. The staff is accommodating and friendly and I like how the room was decorated.

There are no check in times or it's not clear when are check in times
