Pros:

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, la colazione è super,torte buonissime, struttura accogliente, non abbiamo usufruito del centro benessere ma lo faremo sicuramente la prossima volta

Cons:

La ventola del bagno (rimane accesa giustamente per qualche minuto da quando spegni la luce) ma è un po’ rumorosa.

Hotel accettabile con potenziale

Cons:

Struttura datata ma accettabile, tuttavia essendo un hotel 3 stelle l’esperienza è stata penalizzata da scarsa pulizia e mancanza di servizi essenziali. Presenti ragnatele e molta polvere, incluso il porta asciugamani della doccia che era pieno di polvere di calcinaccio.
Il refill del bagnodoccia monouso non era costante e la carta igienica non è stata reintegrata: siamo rimasti senza e abbiamo dovuto richiederla in reception. Letto corto e rifatto in modo poco igienico, con coperta appoggiata sui cuscini.
Colazione molto scarsa e poco varia: niente frutta o prodotti tipici, brioche contingentate (trovo assurdo il fatto che siano contante per il numero dei clienti, quindi da dedurre che non è più un buffet. per 2 persone ne hanno messe solo 3 molto piccole e di due gusti differenti) e macchinetta del caffè di bassa qualità con erogazione delle bevande tiepide, non ben calde.
Anche il loro bar delude, con aperitivi accompagnati soltanto da pane tostato spesso bruciato.
Nel complesso, struttura con potenziale ma gestita con poca attenzione a pulizia e comfort.

Una notte in montagna
Pros:

Hotel in posizione comoda da raggiungere, parcheggio comodo a pochi passi.
Camera ristrutturata di recente, parquet, bagno ordinato e pulito.
Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte ma siamo stati bene.
