It was OK for what we needed for the event we attended.
Pros:

Location was near a weeding reception at another hotel, so it was convenient to walk. This city is challenging with all the elevation changes and very narrow roads with a lot of pedestrians. It was noted during booking that there was no elevator in the hotel. Not an issue if you can do multiple stairs. They had dedicated parking close to the hotel and provided valet services since cars we parked in rows. You could also get the car yourself, but had to navigate exterior wooden stairs that the city (Or someone) needs to repair as they are in bad shape. AC was loud, But worked! Be prepared for staying at a very historic older hotel, like others in the general area. The location did make it nice to be able to walk to the nearby shops and restaurants without worrying about parking (which is a major issue).

Cons:

Rooms were compact and bathroom had a pedestal sink with very limited storage for makeup, etc. Not hotels fault, but they had a water heater go out, so no hot water in the morning. Mattress was OK, but the bed frame was very squeaky. The Friday night of the stay had music from the basement or nearby venue playing that you could hear in the room (we were on the back) late into the evening.

Clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was outstanding.

Cons:

Booked a Queen room and it had a full sized bed. Room was very small and the bed was almost against the wall. Bathroom was very small with no storage. Mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Very disappointed that both bars don’t open till Wednesday. We stayed from Sun-Wed and never got to enjoy either one.

Perfect location for shopping and relaxing.
Pros:

Perfect location around our favorite spots. Nice lounge inside for relaxing drinks. Desk staff were excellent and in a great mood.

Cons:

Stairs !!! Parking was ok but we drove our large pick up and staff was afraid to park it (understandable ) one spot left for our truck, was a little tight but would do it again. Wasn't that bad.

Our favorite place!
Pros:

Super comfortable room with a view! We played pool on the second floor, had drinks in the basement bar, and our favorite was hanging out on the balcony!

Fun and different, excellent location, highly recommend
Pros:

I'm an old lady and I wanted to try something different than a standard hotel or cabin and I was not disappointed! The New Orleans hotel is in downtown Eureka Springs, in the heart of everything. It's an old, historic brick building with 3 floors. I was on the top floor and I loved it because the balcony was high up and I could see more of the town and the people, but private enough that I could sit out there in my nightgown, smoke a cigarette, drink a coffee, and watch the tourists and the locals. The staff will valet your car to a private lot out back and then bring it out front to you when you leave. I loved that service. The hotel was beautifully decorated with fine antiques, glowing wood floors, a cozy room with a beautifully tiled bathroom. I've stayed in many hotels and this one by far had the most comfortable mattress ever! So much so that I intend to call them to find out the brand. I slept SO well. It was also a very quiet hotel, dimly lit, with a soft and gentle atmosphere.

Cons:

My only complaint was the desk clerk when I checked in was rather snotty and irritated with me. He made me feel uncomfortable about asking a question and was impatient and unfriendly. The morning clerk, however, was wonderful when I checked out the next day. She was very friendly, warm and conversational.
