Hotel optim pentru un sfarsit de saptamana placut.
Pros:

Locatie optima, peisaj, camere spatioase, curatenie impecabila, personal atent. Bonusul maxim a fost pentru noi piscina cu apa termala in care am inotat cu placere. Pacat ca nu toti oaspetii au educatia comportamentului in piscina: doamne parfumate excesiv, se vorbeste tare, nu se respecta culoarele de inot ale celorlalti, etc.

Cons:

Restaurantul este mult sub nivelul hotelului si e pacat; personalul e bine intentionat dar bucataria este execrabila din pacate. Ar fi de preferat un meniu mai redus dar cu stiinta gatitului macar ca o simpla gospodina si carnea nu ar mai fi suprafiarta, sosurile nu ar mai fi in exces si neapetisante ca o balta dupa ploaie, etc.

Aceleași standarde ridicate, de fiecare dată când revenim.
Pros:

Am apreciat în mod deosebit personalul amabil și profesionist, curățenia impecabilă, facilitățile bine întreținute, precum și micul dejun tip bufet suedez, variat și de calitate.

Cons:

Nu am aspecte negative de menționat.

Pros:

Mic dejun cu suficient de multe optiuni, atat pentru adulti, cat si pentru copii.
Hotelul este curat.
Personalul este foarte amabil/receptiv la nevoile oaspetilor.

Cons:

Hotelul este perfect pentru o mica escapada pe malul Oltului.
Doar ca recomandare: s-ar putea suplimenta personalul din zona de piscina/spa. Cu greu am putut comanda/primi o bautura, aici.
