Das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung, sauber und bequem.

Cons:

Es war bis nach 3.00 Uhr Nachts nicht an Schlaf zu denken. Es wurden ständig Türen zugeknallt und Betrunkene gröhlten über den Flur.
Trotz angekündigter Ankunftszeit war die Rezeption nicht besetzt; und ich konnte erst einige Stunden später ins Zimmer,
Ein zeitnah versprochener Rückruf ist nicht erfolgt. Nach mehreren Telefonaten erhielt ich dann telefonisch meinen Türcode.
Das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung, sauber und bequem aber, -wie schon erwähnt- sehr laut.

Заселение происходит через киоск самообслуживания, телефон вечером никто не берет,

Прислали код для открывание двери в номер и он оказался неправильным, я обращался 4 или 5 раз и писал код для открывания неправильный пришлите пожалуйста правильный код, все обращения остались без ответа и мне пришлось ночевать в машине на парковке рядом с отелем . Есть фото и видео фиксация как все происходило

Исходя из вышеописанного хотелось бы что бы деньги вернули и дали компенсацию за ночь проведенную в автомобиле

Wir waren mit allem rundum zufrieden.
Pros:

Das Zimmer, das Bad waren sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ausreichend, alles vorhanden. Trotz Baustelle wegen Umbau sehr ruhig.
