It's not pleasant stay.
Pros:

The bed is comfortable

Cons:

The bathroom is not clean and hot water not is working. The facilities mention in the list don't have in this room.

Cons:

The facilities provided were very bad. The air conditioning wasn't working and didn't even provide the fans as a backup facility. The inside of the room was very hot because the air conditioning did not work. Not recommended as standard villas need further upgrades with agreed facilities. So just check the next time before listing on booking.com

The location and the room interior was perfect

Washrooms were not clean. Walls were dirty.

Room was not ready at the time of arrival even though we arrived at the hotel almost 3 hours after the normal check in time.

Staff were very ill mannered.
Requested for a morning cup of tea but did not receive it. One hour later found the care taker all covered and sleeping in his bedroom right near the reception of the hotel with the door wide open
No cover sheet provided and when requested for one, caretaker gave the excuse that the owner has instructed not to keep cover sheets for AC rooms. I do no see a logic in this. The care taker spoke in a vert rude arrogance manner with absolutely no respect to the customer. Horrible customer service.

Pros:

The pictures are deceiving. Positive thing is that the room is spacious and AC is fantastic. Everything else is something to criticize on. I.e a ton of mosquitos, washroom is full of stains, the doors to the bathroom doesn’t close properly making mosquitos to fly into the room through the bathroom. The bed had mattress cover but no blankets whatsoever and had to explicitly request one, which showed up as if a few cats picked a fight in it.

Nothing, nothing at all

Cons:

The initial cost as per the Booking.com was 4850 (maximum), but after the my stay, they said the room is 6000/=. They said, they have given me that room. But, I booked low budget room. Very Poorest

Very poor value for money and very poor cleanliness & maintenance.
Pros:

The door locks of the rooms were broken and we were unable to lock the door from outside and hence, there was a high security risk at the property as we had to go out of the room without the door been locked. There is a high risk of theft due to this reason. Also, the rooms were not properly cleaned, and there was algae on the walls of the room. In one room, on the ceiling there was a big hole , from where a person can even crawl in and even sneak peek. That open space on the ceiling was very dangerous , and also results to very poor privacy. The room cleanliness was very poor, and there is a huge gap in meeting the hygiene requirements and also the very poor maintenance at this villa. The expectations set through the photos and the descriptions on the Booking.com website was not met at all. Very poor value for money as well.
