Bonito lugar para relajarse, el staff no profesional.
Pros:

El cuarto con jacuzzi esta muy bien y la vista de mi cuarto y de las albercas estaba muy linda. No era muy cómodo dejar el carro en valet parking cada vez y usar sus carritos para movernos por el hotel por su difícil ubicación pero su staff que nos transportaba era muy amable y servicial. Entonces pudimos estar bien.

Cons:

El manager Iran Rodriguez y su staff se comportaron con cero profesionalismo. Se tardaron casi dos horas en darnos nuestro cuarto. Llegamos a las 5pm y a las 7 estábamos en el cuarto. Se equivocaron y nos cobraron de más por los extra fees y envés de disculparse se comportaron impacientes y groseros cuando se lo hicimos notar. Cuando pedimos que nos dieran algo complementario por todo el tiempo perdido, el manager Iran nos dijo en pocas palabras que estábamos casi que aprovechándonos envés de el ofrecerlo por compensar o dar un buen servicio. También se comportó pasivo agresivo. Se disculpó a los 3 días cuando hicimos check out diciendo que “no había tenido un buen día ese día” pero no obstante su disculpa pasamos muy mal momento e incomodidad durante toda nuestra estancia y más al pasar por recepción y verlo ahí.

Pros:

Ubicación y atención por parte del personal, a excepción de recepción.

Cons:

Se tardaron casi 3 horas en entregarnos el cuarto al llegar, y el hotel estaba relativamente vacío. No recibimos ninguna disculpa de su parte simplemente nos dijeron que no era culpa de ellos. El cuarto estaba lleno de mosquitos.

Check in and check out is painful. I had to sight too many papers. Funny thing they said "our accounts department ask for these papers". Another funny thing: hotel charge an environmental fee!!! They should be so embarrassed to ask for it as they print....tooo many papers.

I would give a 6.5 out of 10 I would stay again if I want something cheap (590usd for 4 days and 3 nights)
Pros:

Location is amazing! Staff service was absolutely fantastic, very kind and polite.
Oliver from housekeeping was very kind to wash the dishes for us.

Cons:

The hotel room was old needing renovations. The 2123 and 2124 joint rooms were spacious however dishwasher was broken, the A/C very noisy, the bathroom sink was very slow. Furniture and facilities are old style.
Fair to good value for money considering the staff is great and the hotel has its own beach and whale watching. The family pool “C” bar closes very early at 5pm. The hotel dining restaurant “Inizio” had a lovely view, set up and ambience, the staff was very polite. However, the food was very average and costly. I would consider dining somewhere else.

Pros:

La atención del personal es excelente, todo el tiempo muy amables

Cons:

La habitación tenía muchas fallas. Desde que tomamos la habitación uno de las televisores no tenía cable de conexión a la luz, la otra no servía el control, la habitación olía a drenaje, no había fibra para lavar los trates, el refrigerador no enfriaba y mucha de la comida que llevamps se hechó a perder, el vale parking tardaba muchísimo en llevarnos el auto.
Todos los problemas que tuvimos los resolvieron rápidamente pero era muy molesto tener que estar llamando cada que algo se presentaba.

Pros:

Lo mas lindo son las vistas desde las albercas, podes disfrutar de la vista de la hermosa playa pero no te puedes meter en el agua. Ya que la playa es peligrosa tiene muchas rocas. Pero es realmente muy hermosa. El personal es muy amable.

Cons:

No me gustaron varias cosas, una familia de 5 y nos dieron habitaciones en extremos opuestos del hotel sin brindarnos ninguna alternativa, los carritos qué te llevan y traen a diferentes áreas del hotel pueden tardar demasiado, la cena de navidad que reservamos fue mala, la comida era escasa y fea. Pagamos un precio bastante alto y no lo valía.

Enoje mucho despues de llegar de largo viaje, que no te dejan unas miseras botellas de agua para el momento que llegas, restaurantes cerrados, y no habia vasos en recepción para tomar el agua q ahi te dan. Pasaron horas para primer trago de agua. Patetico

Pros:

The best part of this hotel is the staff & the view.

Cons:

Definitely the worst resort we’ve stayed in, especially in Cabo. It started off bad we had to wait 4 hours to check in, they then gave us a room that was already in use, we then had to go back to the lobby to get a different room key. Our room didn’t have warm water to shower with, the alarm in our pod kept going off 2/3x a day. The blow dryer didn’t work, the washer & dryer, ice machine in the facility didn’t work. We thought we’d give it a try regardless of the bad reviews but it definitely lived up to the bad reviews, the staff even said they constantly get so many complaints but there’s nothing they can really do.
