The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. Unfortunately, one of the issue we experienced was ants coming into the room.

Cons:

There was no coffee maker provided in the room unless requested, which was disappointing. The room had ants, and the king bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Staying two nights with such an uncomfortable bed made the experience unpleasant.

Excellent hotel with super helpful staff
Pros:

Excellent hotel in Santiago Do Cacem. We had a problem with a lost passport and the staff could not have been more helpful in resolving the problem- outstanding service. Very good breakfast also.
