The office person "lectured" on the rules too much.
Couldn’t even stay for 10 minutes bec of how bad it was
Couldn’t even stay for 10 minutes bec of how bad it was
We actually didn’t even stay. We had to leave the room. There was roaches everywhere.
I did not make it past the check-in process. Waited at the door with no response, went back to my car to call and let the staff know i was at the property and trying to check in. A man answered the phone very rudely then hung up on me. They should not be able to treat people this way but, i guess it will continue to happen because i am not getting a refund. So as long as they get paid for treating people like this it will continue to happen. I got a room up the road. This is just not okay. Hope it gets resolved because its not fun to pay for a room thats not being utilized
Poor facility and bad reception
Should be improved
Very clean and well maintained property. Very comfortable beds.
I was checking in the staff member is lecturing me just like I was a prisoner going into prison: No visitors without registering them, alcohol on premises, driver's license needs to stay on the counter until I am finished lecturing about the regulations, on and on!
Clean nice
Was absolutely horrible when I checked in guy at the desk kept saying I couldn’t have anyone else in my room couldn’t have no one come hang out with me in my room and that if I wanted to spend time with anyone I had to do it away from the hotel made it seem like I was their for prostitution and etc when I was only there to stay for a night before finishing my trip. Completely unprofessional treatment.
Great bar tender and chef. Views are spectacular.
The doors to the room did not seal correctly and had cracks around the edge you could see through. Hot water lasted less than 2 minutes so unless you like cold showers also no good. Hou couldn't use the microwave and the a/c at the same time or it would surge and knock out power to you room. Office attendant refused to answer direct questions and kept repeating the same few sentences over and over for about 15 minutes before he would give me the key. Drug deals going on on property at all times of the day and night. Over all terrible stay.
This place is terrible management is nasty rude I opted to lose my non refundable room for 3 days and stay elsewhere
Very out of date and just didn’t feel safe there
It’s a cute tiny property and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The problem is that when i arrived, it took forever to get the key and then i tried to call and go back to the office for the WiFi password and never got anyone to answer. The room also had a small space heater and the low temperature got down to almost single digits. I’m sure by morning the room was around 55 degrees. That being said, it made for some great very hot showers!!
Got there at 3:45. Had to ring a doorbell several times as the office is not open. Told the man I had a reservation through Expedia. He asked for confirmation number. I said I don't have one just an itinerary number. He asked for my id. I gave it to him. Then he said check out isn't until 4pm and I had to come back in 15 minutes. It's a dinky little rundown motel and there were no other cars in the parking lot. I ran some errands and came back at 5. Again, ring the doorbell several times. You can't actually go in the office. You stand outside and he talks to you through a hole in a plastic over the window. Check in took about 15 minutes where he went over the rules. No smoking. He said that one about 5 times. I don't smoke so not a problem. No guests. If I order anything like pizza or door dash I have to meet them at the edge of the property as they're not allowed in the parking lot. I felt like I was checking in to prison. Finally got the good old fashioned key. The door was a doorknob like you'd find on a bathroom door. The heater was a fireplace looking thing and the cord was so hot I was scared it would catch fire. I had the TV up as loud as it would go and I still couldn't hear it. Bed had a big dip in the middle and was very uncomfortable. Shower had mold all over the caulking and the shower curtain was moldy. I guess you truly get what you pay for.
Nope
The guy at the front desk was rude.
Pimp and his prostitute in the parking lot. They left when they seen me get out of the car in uniform. No Internet, refrigerator door wouldn't close had to block it shut with my gear bag.
