Exceptional and will definitely return.
Pros:

upon arrival you are welcomed by friendly staff to a well-designed layout of Hotel, Restaurant, koi pond and garden, the room was clean and neat and fulfilled all our needs.

Cons:

the mattress was a bit too hard (that's just me) and the pillows were too flat (again just me)

Great value for money. Guests need to be reminded that the hotel is not a night club.
Pros:

My second time here. Staff still very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Property is very secure.

Cons:

Guests in the room next to room 106 were very loud, drunk, and were allowed to party until way after 10.
