Pros:

Very comfortable rooms. Clean mattress and convenient.
Great location for accessing many of the key locations in Trichy.

This is my 2nd stay and i will highly recommend for a good family stay.

Cons:

Parking is in the basement. And its clumsy.
Navigation is difficult and steep ramp.
Cant blame the property as it is loacted in a hot spot.

Overall we are vey happy stay with family members and had good dinner and morning BF at adj adjacent restaurant.
Pros:

It is in centre place and very convenient to visit local temples

Hotel front office Executive Mr Ranganathan is very cooperative at the time of check in and check out assistance

Excellent rooms
Pros:

Loved the ambience and the room is properly arranged and all the amenities neatly organised it’s my third time stay at maya residency and also the a/c is really very good and chilled the staffs are kind and very helpful breakfast at shri sangeethas is good
Everything is good as my stay for one day
Will recommend everyone of my friends if they visit Trichy will tell to stay at maya residency
