Excellente adresse à trichy
Pros:

L’emplacement, la chambre confortable,propre avec petits détails qui ont de l’importance, eau, sachet café, sèche cheveux....
Clim silencieuse et bien placée
Literie très bien
Le plus est la gentillesse et le sourire des jeunes gens dédiés aux bagages et présentation de la chambre

Cons:

Acceuil du réceptionniste, peu souriant !! Dommage pour un premier contact !!
Petit déjeuner de base ( compris dans l’hébergement) très limité, dans le restaurant mitoyen.
Nous avons donc commandé des extras a notre charge.
A savoir que le gérant de l’hotel a tenu a nous rembourser du surcout.

Overall a good place to stay for a few days. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
Pros:

Clean and nice room. Very good location, helpful staff, always called a taxi when we needed it. Good Indian breakfast at the restaurant next door.

Cons:

It's a shame that the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, because the restaurant next door was always very full and noisy, and you even had to wait in line for dinner. Nice double room, but the 3rd person has to sleep in an extra bed, which slightly reduces comfort because there is not enough space to push it with the headboard against the wall, and there is a very narrow passage between the beds for 2 people. I would recommend day curtains for the windows.

Pros:

We loved the personalized service by the owner Mr.Prakash. He helped us with logistics to go to various temples. He was also very helpful in finding us transport, better room services, and any other miscellaneous requirements we had. The hotel is also centrally located and made it easy for us to go to nearby places. Another plus point is the restaurant adjoining the hotel serving good meals and breakfast. All in all, staying at Maya Residency was pleasant and memorable.

The support staff need more training.
