The no-slip strips at the bottom of the bathtub were discolored (with use and age), and dissuaded my wife from trying to take a bath instead of a shower

Ok for a couple of nights if you can handle the cold temperature

The staff are doing the best they can to keep the hotel afloat, but the hotel needs a total renovation

Cons:

Could not control the temperature - it is a building wise system and the controls are meant to control vents only. The vents in our room did not respond so the manager did it manually.

Perfect stay
Pros:

So much better than our last few stays at the Hilton, really wish we had found this sooner!
Clean and quiet and we both slept so well. Absolutely loved the rooftop!
The only tiny random thing for my older mom was the tub was hard to get into/slippery, but the pink bathroom was so perfect otherwise.

The stay was for my 88-year-old mom when my daughter graduated from OKWU. Stay was great!
Pros:

Room was wonderful. Location was great. The building itself was interesting with the apartments and the hotel room, but it ended up being great.

Cons:

There needed to be a little more available for breakfast. The number of items available was very limited.

Wasn't happy with the stay at all.
Pros:

I wanted to stay in a hotel because it was my anniversary.So instead of getting a motel, this said, it was a hotel. The the only problem was they didn't clean your room. Every day the breakfast was like cereal and yogurt. It was pitiful. I thought I was getting a 3 star hotel and I ended up with a little room with no house cleaning

Great experience
Pros:

I booked this Airbnb for my parents. Everything from booking to checking out went smoothly. The room was cute, comfortable and immaculate. It was walking distance to the downtown restaurants & other businesses which was great. Instructions from finding the place to checkout was clear and concise.

Great location … overall great place!
Pros:

great location, room was very clean, very quite and bed was very comfortable

Cons:

parking lot was full all the time not much room to park as others did not park correctly…parked outside of the spots so that left no room for cars to park in the designated spots ….. room temperature was controlled by the facility and it was very cold. not area to parking to unload and load. only one elevator was available due to someone moving out.

Very cozy and clean.

Cons:

The room was too hot for my liking and it wasnt adjustable.
We had specific directions to our room and the directions sent us to a room that was already occupied. Embarrassing and frustrating. Called the after hours # and they fixed us up to the correct room.
