Everything. Most comfortable bed, cleanliness top notch, great location.
Hot water in shower was basically non existent. I was probably impatient but only got lukewarm at best.

no one to receive you, curtons were poor, no breakfast, no ice, frig. wouldn't freeze, tv poor setup. location. just planly a very unpleasant stay.
The kitchen was clean and nicely stocked.
The air conditioner could not be adjusted or turned off. Neither could the air conditioner fan. It blowed constantly. This made sleeping difficult with the air conditioner, fan blowing straight onto the bed. There was no television in the bedroom. The bathroom was very small and difficult to get ready in due to lack of counter space.
Simply a nice Hotel. Clean comfortable room and the staff are all very nice.. Highly recommend.

When got there wasn't assigned the type of room I booked but young lady at front desk came and got us the room liked we booked , but other then room mix up stay was awesome.

The location of the hotel is great, close to resturants. The hotel and the rooms have a good atmosphere
, but there is a weird smell in the lobby area and in the rooms. We had to spray air freshener the first couple of days to get rid of it. The rooms are large and comfortable and so are the beds. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it was last year. They only clean the bedroom if you stay over a week, but they offer cleaning products, which we bought ourselves. Overall value is good, you pay less that you would for a chain hotel, so you need to be prepared not to have the same level of service as in one. I understand they have a new manager, last year's experience was better.
It was just what I needed to lay my head down at night. I was in town visiting my son and his family so only needed to sleep there. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Keurig was right in the room for morning coffee. Perfect for my stay.
Great room, very clean and comfortable. We usually stay at Marriott but decided to try hotel Phillips this time and we loved it.

We stayed one night to attend nearby July 4th festivities. Immediately, from outward appearances, I was concerned. It’s an older building and I saw several window units and unsightly apartments. Parking was convenient and free, then I was pleasantly surprised by the entrance. The interior had been renovated and although it does smell like an old, mildewed space, it was well kept. Our room was comfortable and spacious; it included a kitchenette, plenty of storage, a high-top table and bar height chair, and a pull-out couch along with the queen bed. My biggest complaint would be the overwhelming amount of gnats in the room. We killed 8-10 of them during our overnight stay. Google told me they are moth flies/drain flies that are attracted to drain pipes and garbage disposals. Contactless check in/check out was easy, and it’s close to the police department. Overall, it was a pleasant enough stay for the money it cost and I’d stay again if I had to, but it probably wouldn’t be my first choice.
We enjoyed our night at Hotel Phillips. The room was magnificent. It was very clean and it was nice to be able to eat in for the night. We had a tiny bit of trouble when we first arrived, but they took care of it within in minutes so I would rather comment on their prompt response. We really appreciated everything that was done for us. We highly recommend staying here and will do so when we return to Bartlesville.
We like its charm and proximity to the downtown area. We walked to eat dinner and have drinks and it felt safe the whole time

The property manager, Shawn, was very helpful on a number of occasions
The no-slip strips at the bottom of the bathtub were discolored (with use and age), and dissuaded my wife from trying to take a bath instead of a shower
The staff are doing the best they can to keep the hotel afloat, but the hotel needs a total renovation
Could not control the temperature - it is a building wise system and the controls are meant to control vents only. The vents in our room did not respond so the manager did it manually.
