Schönes Ambiente am Markt
Pros:

Das traditionsreiche Haus inmitten des Marktes ist ein Augenfang. Die Inneneinrichtung entspricht dem Typus dieses Hauses. Eichenmöblierung und schwere, solide Bestuhlung kennzeichnen den Gastrobereich. Der Außenbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Speisekarte ist westfälisch orientiert.

Cons:

Das Housekeeping bietet noch die eine oder andere Möglichkeit der Optimierung, insgesamt war es in Ordnung. Die Parkplatzsituation (Tiefgarage bei der Sparkasse) ist nicht einfach, je nach Größe des Wagens. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und vom frisch knackigen Brötchen bis hin zur Obstschale ist die Bandbreite genügend.

Immer wieder gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

- Sehr freundliches Personal
- tolles Frühstück
- bequemes Bett
- die Möglichkeit das Auto in der nahen Garage zu parken
- gutes Restaurant

Wir haben schon mehrmals im Ickhorn übernachtet und werden sicher wiederkommen, wenn wir das nächste Mal in der Ecke sind.

Zentrale Lage, etwas altbacken.
Pros:

Das Hotel besticht durch die zentrale Lage. Das Einchecken erfolgte per Code, da Samstags Abends geschlossen ist. Hat aber problemlos geklappt.
Es war sauber und das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Man merkt dem Hotel an, dass es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, was sich in Zimmergröße und Ausstattung wiederspiegelt.
