It is convenient for me to walk around the shops near it most especially to go to One Batam Mall.
Pros:

I like how amazing the facade is. I like how the man on the receiving end area can communicate well. I like the food during the breakfast buffet. I like that it is near the One Batam Mall and you can walk to Masjid Agung, there’s also a bakery near it. But it’s like in the other block. But it’s okay, I can explore. I like that theres fridge inside. Just that the hair blower is not convenient to use. I don’t know if it is just me. Overall, I rate this 9.5/10 stars. ⭐️

Everything in one place
Pros:

Breakfast: super nice. I really love the menu. It's so variety.
Swimming pool: there's a warm pool for kids. My baby loves it a lot
Spa: there's a spa that I went to inside the hotel. It's super nice 👍🏻
Facilities: super good and convenient.
I really love the perfume that the hotel use.so sweet and calming
Extra; it's located near town. So easy to access. Overall, it's so much fun 😊

Cons:

Nothing. Keep it up.

Cons:

I requested 3 rooms.
2 rooms not ready & my 2 son's stay in my room temporarily and my room is quite cramp. After 15mis their room is ready to go in
We have to wait for at least 2-3 hours to go up the room.
Sahor food is quite boring. Reception counter said we can go the cafeteria at 3am and when we came, the food is not ready.
Iftar food ok2 je. Bcoz we request for 1day only

Not enjoyed 2nd floor room. Very bad

I like breakfast and all staffs are good

Cons:

STAYING IN 5TH FLOOR WAS GOOD.

THIS TIME I STAYED IN 2ND FLOOR ROOMS VERY VERY DARK, BATHROOM WAS LEAKY.
I WILL NEVER PREFER STAY IN 2ND FLOOR ROOMS NEXT TIME
