Mooi hotel maar gebrek aan hygiëne.
Pros:

De entree van het hotel is indrukwekkend. De kamer met bad ruim. Goede douche. Het ontbijt is prima.

Cons:

Het gebruik van het zwembad heeft geen regels. Er wordt blijkbaar alleen rekening gehouden met moslim vrouwrn. .De vrouwen zaten volledig gekleed in het zwembad, geen bedekkende badkleding maar joggingbroeken, truien, sportkledij....ik vind dit een volledig gebrek aan hygiëne en heb het zwembad verlaten. In de kamer stond een stoel met bevlekte kapotte bekleding en lange zwarte haren.

Value for money but very shabby
Pros:

It’s very convenient for central Batam. I had the pool to myself which was lovely and breakfast had plenty of choice. The room was cleaned every morning whilst I had breakfast

Cons:

Desperately needs a refurb which they had started to redo floor 2 but then meant builders starting at 8am each morning. The building smells and the room was poorly lit and no natural light do I couldn’t bear to be in the room except to sleep.

Pros:

The location is great, near to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal, One Batam Mall and to other shopping areas. Breakfast is more than decent, with chefs planning different main dishes eg chicken or fish and staple food (bee hoon, mee).

The junior suite rooms are relatively big and very clean.

Cons:

There is this stench of cigarette smoking in room when stepped in. Think earlier guests secretly smoked inside the room.

i like the location, a lot of parking, staffs are friendly. breakfast was good, a lot of choices.

Cons:

there is leaking in my room. the carpet is all wet after heavy rain, especially around the glass windows.

A short stay in Batam.
Pros:

Close to Batam Central ferry terminal. Pricing is reasonable for a Junior Suite. Breakfast included and acceptable for the price. Staff are all very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Needs upgrade. Rooms are dimly lit. Noted renovations are underway, hope to see newly refurbished rooms next time.

Un excellent séjour
Pros:

Séjour exceptionnel. Nous étions 6, dont 2 enfants de 3 et 6 ans.
Nous avons tout aimé. Le petit déjeuner est génial, avec plein de possibilités pour tous les goûts : traditionnel Indonésien, breakfast anglais, croissants, pancakes, jus de fruits, pâtisseries... Un régal !
Mention particulière pour la piscine avec 2 petits bassins dont un bouillonnant, l'idéal pour les jeunes enfants. Nous y avons passé un bon moment.
Le personnel est extrêmement souriant et serviable.
La chambre comporte baignoire et douche, ainsi qu'un petit réfrigérateur bien pratique.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant au niveau du couloir.
Le réseau internet était très instable les 2 premiers jours mais une solution a été trouvée à notre demande.

Rapport qualité prix correct. Buffet du matin pas très varié mais correct.
Pros:

L’emplacement idéal en plein centre.

Cons:

Le literie n’est pas très confortable pour cet hôtel. Le lit king size est deux lits simples reliés avec un matelas trop fin.
