A short stay in Batam.
Pros:

Close to Batam Central ferry terminal. Pricing is reasonable for a Junior Suite. Breakfast included and acceptable for the price. Staff are all very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Needs upgrade. Rooms are dimly lit. Noted renovations are underway, hope to see newly refurbished rooms next time.

Pros:

Customer service is exceptional especially Madam Lasmi.. Housekeeping was perfect and very in detail to what we wanted..

Cons:

The food is not like what it used to be.. I was a regular before COVID.. now the taste is not like before.. we have to look for food outside..

Un excellent séjour
Pros:

Séjour exceptionnel. Nous étions 6, dont 2 enfants de 3 et 6 ans.
Nous avons tout aimé. Le petit déjeuner est génial, avec plein de possibilités pour tous les goûts : traditionnel Indonésien, breakfast anglais, croissants, pancakes, jus de fruits, pâtisseries... Un régal !
Mention particulière pour la piscine avec 2 petits bassins dont un bouillonnant, l'idéal pour les jeunes enfants. Nous y avons passé un bon moment.
Le personnel est extrêmement souriant et serviable.
La chambre comporte baignoire et douche, ainsi qu'un petit réfrigérateur bien pratique.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant au niveau du couloir.
Le réseau internet était très instable les 2 premiers jours mais une solution a été trouvée à notre demande.

Rapport qualité prix correct. Buffet du matin pas très varié mais correct.
Pros:

L’emplacement idéal en plein centre.

Cons:

Le literie n’est pas très confortable pour cet hôtel. Le lit king size est deux lits simples reliés avec un matelas trop fin.

OK but need improvement for internet connection.
Pros:

Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Delicious breakfast menu.

Cons:

Internet line was so slow, cannot connect at all. Made complaint to the reception but no action taken.

Value for Money with a Nice Pool, but Lacking in Cleanliness and Lingering Cigarette Smell
Pros:

The location was very convenient — close to the city centre and within walking distance of One Batam Mall. All the staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

However, cleanliness was a serious issue. On arrival, the pillowcases and bed sheets had stains, which were not replaced the following day. The floor did not appear to have been vacuumed properly. Although we had booked a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation system, which persisted throughout our stay.

We did encounter a problem during our visit, but the manager handled it promptly and professionally. That said, the children’s programme was minimal and run by just one person, who seemed reluctant to arrange outdoor activities.

On the whole, all the staff were very friendly and courteous, but the cleanliness and smoke issues need urgent attention.

Pros:

リーズナブルなのに部屋も共用部も広々として余裕があり快適に過ごせました。
屋上のプールジャグジーも子ども達が楽しんで遊べました。
朝食もどれを食べても美味しかったです。

Cons:

建物自体は古く、行った時は隣のアパート部分は改装工事中でした。
また、館内で中華レストランを大々的に宣伝しているのに、既に数年前に閉店しているとのことでした。

Never again, if you want a dirty room, and don’t care for a big lobby, go for cheaper.
Pros:

From the outside and the lobby it looked very nice. The staff was very nice as well.
But the rooms are very dated, filthy and broken.

Cons:

The rooms were dirty. There was blood on the pillows. When we complained, we got another room with the exact same issue. Sheets and pillows were dirty and still from the previous guest. Coming to the third room, which had been personally inspected by the manager we found dirty sheets yet again. This time the manager was around and we went through two piles(!) of „clean“ sheets with housekeeping before finally settling on semi clean sheets.
There was no real window in the normal room. The „window“ was inside so it was very dark.
